Hurm...

Feels like just last year we were watching a new season of Invincible... wait, it really was only a year ago?! Didn't the first few seasons take like 2 years to come out?? That must mean the quality took a nosedive... WAIT, SEASON 4 IS ONE OF THE BEST SEASONS??? At least according to me and my boys Mike & J of We Watched A Movie!

We've got a ton of old characters and a buncha new characters to keep track of - like was Thr*gg someone we're supposed to remember or is he new? - but even if we forget some tiny side plot from five years ago that turns out to be the most important part of the show, we're still having a blast following the adventures of Mark, his dad, his dad's bastard son with an Ant woman, his mom, his mom's coworker/boyfriend Dale, his girlfriend(s?), and the rest!

Obviously haven't watched this one yet since you guys just posted this but I'm reading this description and its so funny that this is one of the best seasons yet, yeah, but this episode might be the worst one lol. The only episode that's almost 100% original material and wasn't in the comics. Kirkman said he had this storyline in mind but couldn't figure out a way to fit it into the comics, so he had a chance to insert it into the show and he went for it but.. it really does not mesh well at all. Same thing with all the mummy tomb stuff, that's not in the book either.

I think the second half of this season has some of the best episodes of the series but I think seasons 1 and 3 are still better as like entire seasons. As much as I love some of the stuff that happens in this season there is sooo much I was bored with

I feel bad about how terrible this episode is cause it honestly doesn’t feel like they were like “ugh we gotta kill time” it feels like someone was like “omg I have such a great idea it’s gonna be so cool”

what I've read online is that this episode is a TV only thing. Same with Darkblood. Episode is so ass.

This episode is the worst rated ever and I'm so sorry Eric & gang had to sit through it. It's an abomination, and unfortunately, brings down this season when looked at it as a whole. Great track though!

Lmao maybe one of the few people on earth (or in hell) who enjoyed this episode! It’s hilarious though because this is the one episode where the main plot is completely original to the show. That made it more exciting for me but I totally get why people didn’t vibe with it. But judging from this comment section I didn’t realize people hated it so much! Can’t wait to see the reaction from the guys lol

Really mad you guys have an attachment to the mummy because I fully intended to skip this episode until I remembered that this one has the only plot we care about amongst Kirkmans shitty fanfic drafts .

This episode was a chore to get through. Even in a longer season it would be terrible. Felt like Mark guest starred on a totally different show.

I didn't mind this one much honestly. Thought it was a fine, almost monster of the week type thing, nothing groundbreaking but I do agree that watching it on release probably helped and also knowing that this was new material exclusive to the show(I've read the comic in its entirety already) made it more fun for me, but I appreciate the perspective! Great track as always.
