Lets try this again.

Now that the movies have made us experts on the source material, lets see if they get it right in Percy Jackson and the Olympians! This Disney+ series apparently has the author of the books on board, so Micah & I are hopeful we’ll finally understand why everyone is so dang passionate about this demigod.

Another great track! So happy to see you're enjoying it after the first 2 episodes! I can't wait to watch you guys watch episode 3 and 4, I know there's some things youll definitely freak out over!

Cameron

I know in the middle of capture the flag you ask where exactly camp half blood is because of all the mountains. They filmed on sight in Vancouver, but believe it or not, in the canon of the universe Camp Half Blood is located on Long Island. I think the idea is that the border makes it so humans can't enter camp and also can't see camp, which is how all of these mountains existing in Long Island is explained LOL

Cameron

Also, the necklaces that the campers are wearing are specific to camp! At the end of each year, theres a new bead added to everyones necklace, so how ever many beads are on a necklace is how many years that person has been at camp half blood. Like Luke and Annabeth both have 5 beads because they showed up to camp together, and Percy doesn't have any yet!

the actor who plays clarisse was in the third season of the are you afarid of the dark revival. i know youre a fan of are you afarid of the dark, did you ever check out the recent revival?

Gillian

Someone needs to make a 13 Reasons Why powerpoint (even if it's only fro season 4) and Eric needs to educate friends who have never seen it what happens. The directions that this show goes are astounding.

Olivia Kurima

Don't know if y'all are reading the episode names but they are actually chapter titles from the book!

Dystopian Wolf Studios

Guessed who he was playing based on the dumbest joke I could make to myself 💀

Liam

The creator and executive producer of this also created my favourite TV show of all time, which also happens to be the most underrated show of all time, Black Sails, and a fair few people in the cast and behind the scenes, cast would be spoilers but a good example is the music by Bear McCreary, worked with him on that. That alone made me excited for this. Looking up the cast and crew list I was just stuck in that Leo from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood meme the whole time.

v biased but i saw the lightning thief musical live a few years ago when it was on tour and i loved it!! the music HITS and does a fantastic job portraying the characters from the book- fun stage effects too

Some people have complained that even though its a series it's still quite fast paced, but it's within the norm for the series proper since it's designed to be made for kids and well those usually pace faster in general.

Zane Hall

As someone who played percy jackson in a community theater production of the musical, I was super excited for this show and am loving these commentary tracks!!

Rachel Nocera

The actor for chiron actually filmed all his scenes on a horse! The behind the scenes photos/vids are hilarious
