Rosa Brighid on the couch (Patreon)

I had this idea to shoot something highly erotic but not explicit. Shooting a model with more or less open leg easily gets porni to look at and that was not the idea: I set up a constant light to reflect into a large white reflector on the left an above to create a directional but not too hard light. I decided to shoot handheld at 1/15 sec or slower, and to give it an extra twist I decided to shot with a petzval 56mm f. 1.8 (check out Lomo Petzval). Petzvals were/are only made with a canon or Nikon mount, so when I purchased my two lenses during the kickstarter I also got hold of a MIREX Shift/tilt adapter that allow me to use Canon on Sony. 

The issue with the petcval is it's only really sharp in one spot in the middle. Since I wanted that spot to be the models face I shifted the lens so the lens center is in front of her face, which accentuates the out of focus area in the foreground, and also causes the bottom dark vignetting. This gives a large format look which I quite like. Some of the images are completely in focus on her face but I like the mood of this one.
