On this particular image because of the lighting I used and the Angle of Poppyseed dancers body I have about 1000 tiny reflections from the hair on her legs. It would not have been equally obvious with a bigger light, but I used a smaller light and here I am.

But this technique is equally good at cleaning up a 5 o'clock shade, or removing slight stubble from the pubic area of models if they missed a few spots and it has grown out since the last shave or waxing.

It's one of many default actions from my model retouch course but here is a manual walkthrough of the way to set it up yourself in Photoshop.

The exact settings you use will depend on the size of the specks you want to remove, the graininess and structure in your image as well as the size of your sensor. so it makes sense to learn the parameters so you can make this work as well as possible.
