Directing groups - pull the string don't push it (Patreon)

I once heard a story about General Patton, commander of the U.S. Third Army during World War II, being asked why he always led from a tank in the front, rather than from safety at the rear of the ranks. He looked at the interviewer and said, "have you ever tried to push a string"? If you lead, people will follow...
This also goes for photography. You can collaborate and listen to ideas, but you either lead or someone is leading you. But only you can see through the lens, so if you want exceptional images, you HAVE to lead.
To lead you have to take charge.
When directing groups, everyone needs to understand the concept.
Before this video, I had shown all the models a drawing of what I had in mind for them to understand the concept.
Then energetically, I ran up on a balcony (again, it's crucial to show energy and determination when working with groups). And I proceeded as quickly as possible with realizing the concept. Some people will easily lose concentration or focus and start to fool around.
Sorry about the camera work; I just set the camera to film while trying to get everything to work.
