I've talked about this before, but bear with me as it's an important consideration:

Using confines.

I was working in this summer lodge, and I had decided I wanted to shoot something in sunlight. Because the windows were not that big, I had to be creative in placing the model as the light "frame" was limited.

This doesn't make it a lesser picture. Instead, it makes it a bit more unique and thus enhances it.

When you have all the options in the world, you often do ordinary stuff. The more exciting pictures happen when you work within restraints, whether they are physical or self-made.

If you have watched my lighting guide, you know I prefer to light models from the side, as shape-wise, it will give the best light. However, when the model's body is shiny (whether from sweat or oil), it starts reflecting light, and then, especially in hard light, lighting from the front can work nicely too.

The model prefers to remain anonymous.
