If you have seen my guide to Studio light with one light, you will notice that the light in this scene is opposite to what I propose in the guide.

The notable exception to light coming from the side is when the model is oiled up, so a bit shiny.

This way, the skin changes from being opaque matte to having reflections of light. This change in glossiness changes the dynamic of the body surface, and then you can also use light from the flat side of the body with good results.

PS. It does not have to be oil, good old sweat (if it's warm enough) works well too.
