The Two towers (Patreon)

This is Ylva, my contortionist friend who can do amazing things with her body. The greatest challenge with the image was to make her stand out from the background, which did require some selective lightening and darkening. As you can see from the accompanying video, we shot many different images on this set as I could move around her.

The great thing with that approach is that you get many different images; however, the problem is that it makes it harder to focus on individual photos and perfect them during capture.

I often feel split between shooting as much as possible and between shooting just a few but getting these right. How about you?
