My first Shibari shoot (Patreon)

I taught a private workshop in Scotland last month and shot many images of Wiana model and Vicky the endless sinner, who were the models at the workshop.

And I learned a bit of Shibari, and this is a set from that session with Wiana.

The light is natural light from a window and a lamp at the opposite end of the room adding a bit of fill light.

I’ve become somewhat intrigued by Shibari:

The rope and binding have some underlying connotations that work well with eroticism.

So other than some more sets from this session, you will likely see more rope images from my side with models who also have an interest in this.

I set the camera to around ISO 500 1/80 ƒ1.2 on my 35mm Sigma art lens as I wanted a very narrow depth of field to place focus on the Rome, and less on the slightly messy environment.
