One more series with The endless sinner.

Many people ask me how I come up with new ideas, and the best answer I can come up with is that I keep an open mind:

I rarely use inspirational images, although I used to.

I collect many images and have an excellent visual memory. Still, I’m mindful of copying others’ work, and if I have an exact idea, I know I will try to fit a model into the concept, whether or not it will suit her.

But I am very open to my environment.

So when a ray of sun streams through a window, I will do whatever I can to utilize that fleeing moment. I know I can’t recreate it another day, so I cherish what I have and try to make the best of it, like here.

But also, if I’m in nature, I look at every rock as a potential prop and try to integrate the model with the environment.

That way, any out-of-the-ordinary occurrence served as a source of inspiration and thus a never-ending trove of opportunities.
