When setting up the private workshop in Scotland, I discovered that the only way to get to Glasgow from Denmark would be via Amsterdam. At that point, Schipol airport had the worst statistic for missing luggage and delayed flights.

So I decided to fly in and out via Manchester even though it’s a four h drive.

Timing out right on the way back, we had 90 spare minutes, so I drove into a fantastic waterfall called Moss force falls in the Lake District.

Arriving, I could see that we only had about 15 minutes to see the waterfall, and the light wasn’t right, so I didn’t bring my camera.

The models would have non of that, though, they wanted proof of posing at a waterfall, so iPhone it was.

It’s not as good as a proper camera (the lenses are somewhat inferior), but there isn’t much difference for Instagram or even here.

However, the iPhone does excellent processing even when shooting against the light.

It sometimes opens up the shadow a bit too much, but I’m amazed by the quality you can have from a phone camera.

great images, except for a bit of oversharpening, imho - I hope your takeaway is that you always bring your camera :)
