There is a fun anecdote to accompany this image:

It was a horrible summer, with hard wind and a lot of rain, and it had been like this for weeks.

On the day before the shoot, there was a hurricane, so I made a mock casting call on a couple of Facebook photo/model groups going something like this:

“TFP shoot: Does anyone feel like doing a nude rain shoot accompanied by the heavy wind expected tomorrow? Then I'm game. I will, of course, be wearing a raincoat.”

It was meant as a joke, but within an hour, I had three models get in touch who were interested.

I had never shot in the rain and generally shied away from too-cold environments as the models got blotched skin. But with three models to change between, it would be silly not to give it a try.

So we did.

Somewhere along the Copenhagen harbor, I came across this hump on the tarmac, and with the wet look and soft light, it looked promising and turned out great.

The model no longer models so prefer to remain anonymous
