Of course, pasta and pizza (italian ones) are among the favourites (too many to list although Carbonara is up there). Also, Beef Rendang is GOD tier. Beef rib with chimichurri or Café de Paris butter sauce. Blanquette de veau is one of my top 10 dishes. Potatoes (any form is good). Mango is my all time fav fruit. Chutoro is great. Gruyère (Swiss AOP) and Roquefort are the best cheeses. Favourite dessert would be Saint-Honoré. I could go on for hours but this gives a general overview.

After doing so badly by the German cuisine, I'm gonna exclusively list German dishes. (Because seriously, it doesn't deserve the worst tier in Europe. I have no idea WHAT you ate, but it wasn't standard.) - Currywurst, obviously. Even though you can kind of pull the "Curry is Indian" card - Reibekuchen. Hash browns, but BETTER. Smack some applesauce on that. - Frankwurter Beef Sausage. Germany's Chorizo. - All the different kind of Southern German Pork roasts. Schweinebraten, Schäufele, you name it. Add some nice potato dumplings and gravy and you're good. - Probably some fish too from up North. Or down South. I dunno, I don't eat fish, but people seem to love it.

One that all my friends call me a weirdo for is rice with lentils and unsweetened yogurt, it's an Arabic dish, but it's definitely my favorite by far.
