Jace

holy shit 3 hours! we eating good today boys

CarterOMS

Super good idea for an episode

てへぺりんこ！

The boys really edged us for tens of episodes to finally watch and play and read something

てへぺりんこ！

The thumbnail for this episode changed from FMA to domekano…is that you, Grant?

hayato

Nice! Wish there was a YT mirror tho

Jumbo

too raunchy to upload on youtube, even if the general population can't see it, i guess lol

ToastCrossDimensions

Goodbye Eri is genuinely one of the most beautiful manga I have ever read. It’s incredible.

LegionOfPotatoes

Tolkien originally made the story for his kids but it has lore because he's a writer. Creating interesting worlds was his job and passion.

Sarah Venture

Figured I would bring this up here: Can you guys not accept sponsorships from Betterhelp, they're an awful company.

Jose You

bring it up on Connor's stream and see what he says, I'm quite sure there's a contractual obligation going on there but I'm just speculating

Gareth Horton

Ah man, it's such a shame Joey's not gonna give Arcane another episode. I do feel that perhaps people pushing him into watching it marred his expectations of the show, but I suppose that just comes with the price of wanting to share something we think is amazing to another person.

leon

Damn i wish there was a YT mirror since the Patreon video player sucks so much

Karamus

I wish, they would have made Joey watch the first 3 EPs because thats the first Arc.

Ender

feels bad that joey just watched 1 episode cause its best to watch in 3 episode bunches. i feel like if he just watched those next 2 he would at least change his mind about the story

merlin kim

bro joey having no knowledge of league and coming into arcane with fresh eyes and basically calling the first episode mid but nicer made me so happy. i really do think that arcane got way overhyped and i personally thought there were way better stories from league they couldve started out with that are so much more interesting. but, vi and jinx's story is a very familiar story, easy for non league people to watch and so became the "safe" choice. and joey, the rest doesnt get that much better, honestly.

Tim Munoz

It's okay, Monke, Pink Floyd is overrated and a bit too "out there" for a beginner prog fan. The boys should have made him listen to Rush instead.

Sorran

Idk what you're talking about dude, I know absolutely nothing about league and I thought it was an excellent story. Sure, episode 1 isn't the most gripping thing ever, but its just meant to set the stage for the rest of the story. Arguably, the whole first three episodes are just the prelude for the real story, and even then they're still quite interesting

Sorran

They're definitely locked into a contract (probably a year long), and its very standard to have a non-disparagement clause, meaning they can be sued if they say anything negative

jami ramos

holy moly the 3 hour long content of the boys

Jonathan Ball

Best episode ever so glad you guys read domestic girlfriend with out I wouldn’t have found you guys, and Gants not caping it does have good character writing later on

Nia

Joey you should listen to Blood of the Past by The Comet is Coming

shiroe britania

the visceral reactions are so good at the end

sunfishdreamworld

i have no idea why connor keeps saying that fear & hunger doesn't tell you how to use the extra lucky coins when the instructions to hold shift are literally in the item description 😭 overlooked monke moment

Cloude

They should have told Garnt to watch the first episode of the original FMA first. Brotherhood's first episode is essentially a recap as they seemingly assumed people had seen the first series. FMA's first episode is one of the greatest hooks of all time in any medium.

Fluffy

This was funny as hell

ChristyMB

Joey should have watched 3 episodes of Arcane not just 1 imo.

てへぺりんこ！

1:05:50 I think the creator depicted saya in this way cuz he wanna make a contrast or contradictory juxtaposition between a lovecraftian species and a pure innocent girl. More like something symbolic and religious and unspeakable

てへぺりんこ！

1:51:51 what is blud throwing? 2:30:11 Conner, as Garnt’s chat once said, he became a SEA mom now so of course he loves soap operas 2:49:23 Garnt is such a sadist. He just wanna his mates suffer lol

てへぺりんこ！

1:51:56 1:52:11 omg these hot takes lol 2:06:14 Garnt and Joey share the same single brain cell confirmed again lol 2:29:15 Patreon moment. Of course titties cannot show on YouTube. Good to know the anime adaption is the censored version! 2:40:14 nah joey you ain’t shindoL who has seen a lot of messed up shit irl. People always cannot imagine how dumb and ridiculous people can be irl

merlin kim

hey man, if you liked the story for arcane, good for you. for me, again the story was just mid. its just a story ive seen rehashed many many times. i say its overhyped cause the animation and music carried it. but again, a very easy story for non league people to digest, case in point for you.

てへぺりんこ！

Fr? I’ve never heard of the first episode of FMAB is the recap of FMA. I thought FMAB = FMA but FMAB has the ending that corresponds to manga which is not like FMA has original ending

Aayush Panta
>>142172834

Doesn’t he already like rush? Istg I remember him saying this in the music episode

Ruben Lara

I think the 2003 FMA introduces everything so much better.

roi yanai

We need a reaction for the rest of Garnt's watch of lotr

Jurre Mioch

I CANT BELIEVE THEY DIDNT TELL HIM TO WATCH THE FIRST 3 AT LEAST

Dawia

Clicked to see joey‘s reaction to arcane. Now i wanna play fear and hunger for the next month

ArberTheSupporter15

Is there a way to download the videos? Or do I have to have internet access to watch them?

Androo Gnoix

The first three also are whack

Androo Gnoix

There is no rest of lotr, just the rest of his reaction

Eppej Nesnej

Some time back i went and saw the king returns with a live orchestra playing the music, and it was awesome, definitely a recommendation.

Simon Skittrell

Finally paid to watch this. It's shorter than the regular one? (EDIT: Ah, no ads, although they can't add up to much more than the 3 minute difference) So much for the extended cut! EDIT: Also why isn't this on YouTube, I want to watch on my TV not on my phone which is my only option with Patreon!

Alvar Dolder

watch all their other exclusive vids while your at it to ger your moneys worth

Simon Skittrell

Yeah, have a good few days off this month, so thought I'd get as much in and then quit out again. Definitely wanted to catch the Risk videos.

ColourColor

well more like the first few episodes are recaps, the Nina episode for example was a whole arc in FMA 2003 iirc.

mvgreen

Yeah I think FMAB is rushing too fast at the beginning. The priest arc and especially the Nina arks just don't have the same impact as in the first TV. And even aside from beginning, it has really nice vibes of its own. It's much slower, but in a good way. Kinda like Frieren, in terms of having filler-like episodes with seemingly irrelevant stories, but they actually engaging and thought-provoking and simply beautiful. They probably ARE actual fillers, but somehow it was my favorite part of the TV-1

gander

Shame Connor doesn't 'get' concept albums but alas, he tried.

gander

Am I missing something? I don't see any full reactions...

Droop

Look Back is animated by Studio Durian not Mappa

Lauren

I am begging you to WD-40 the chairs. The occasional squeaks make me think either my dog is whining or my door is being opened. Otherwise another banger as always boys.

Jake Chisholm

AHHHH it's so cool to see Saya no Uta talked about, one of my favorite visual novels! Maybe even the only horror type one of played... so I'm totally trying Fear & Hunger.

Damen Mathews

Where is every Patreon cut before this episode?

Cloak Stone

Ain’t no way Arcane is a better story than FF7 lmao

Temporalic

something to keep in mind about arcane is they did release it in acts of 3 episodes, they would then release each act

thecr1mmreaper

What? I like ff7 don't get me wrong, but that story isn't anything amazing IMO, especially when compared to other final fantasy games. I'll take 6 and 10's stories over 7 any day of the week. Arcane though was freaking awesome.

Fayjakin

Why did u make me aware of that 😭 I didn't even notice

Fayjakin

Extra vids on here

ZeosPantera

I need to gift The boys Eris so they can experience Dark Side and LOTR properly.

aisha

We need another video like this one. I loved everything about it

pzab7022

1:53:20 This is why you watch Fullmetal then Brotherhood! They are meant to be a package because of how close together they were made
