Holy SHIT that is SUCH good news! I confess I was worried about how you'd pull off redrawing old eps on top of the new ones but AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! As someone who didn't discover ILY til early 2019 and thus never got to see early ILY on discover omgggg Dieter's confession is SO BRUTAL LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOO πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ’• When hoarding pays! Yay!!! That's awesome! I started reading ILY when it was Featured, and caught up just as the gala arc got underway, so seeing your original Discover work is a treat. Well goodness, what happened to that pen?? I hope it wasn't eaten or something, lol! Anyway, I hope the move goes well and you get settled in quickly. 😊❀️

Wahh so nostalgic! Glad you've got one less thing to worry about. Crazy you're moving tho, I feel like it hasn't been long since you'd just moved and it's such a hassle lol

😘On panel #5 there is a hidden gem of Quimchee's cultural knowledge: Pineapple on toast ("Toast Hawaii"), pineapple on pizza ("Pizza Hawaii") - these are (were) German guilty pleasures, originating from a then famous cooking show in the 1950s, which was run by an eloquent actor with almost zero cooking skills but a big ego. The heyday of this food was in the 60s and 70s, while nowadays it has become rather difficult to find these "culinary highlights" in real life. Taste? Not too bad; and I have eaten much, much worse, even in Italy or France, not to mention Eastern Europe. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toast_Hawaii The German version, specially for Quim: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toast_Hawaii BTW: I never had pineapple on burger. Sounds not so good, because usually the pineapple has to be grilled from above together with a slice of cheese. Too much effort for McDonalds and other franchises, because of the big mess the molten cheese usually produces.

Ikr we've been trying to get out of our current home for a while. It's one of those corporate rentals because it was all we could find when we first moved to Florida and its been a nightmare 😭
