Hewllo again! π±
I've loved hearing your tutorial suggestions!
They help me a lot understanding what are your struggles, so thank you so much for your input!
Here are the options for this month's tutorial, and a little bit of explanation of the ideas I have for each one, in case that helps you make a decision.
π΅ Heads/Faces series: there's a LOT to explain about facial anatomy in order to become a master of it, so I believe it would be better to split all that knowledge into different videos instead of overwhelming you with a +3 hours long one π Not sure where I'd start yet, but I think the general concept is very self-explanatory
β Lineart Tips: I'd share everything I know about lineweight, how to build up confidence in your strokes, brush recommendations, how to setup your pen's pressure...
π Tips for shading: the best way to learn how to shade ANYTHING is to have a good understanding of some fundamentals like volume, contrast, and light. So I think it would be best to have a general video that covers all of that before we move onto shading specific things like skin, clothes, etc. on any future videos.
π How to render lips: Lips are certainly not the main feature you think about when someone mentions anime/manga art styles, but that doesn't mean you can't have a little fun with them and make them as juicy as possible without going for a fully realistic rendering!
β‘ How to add Dynamism to STATIC poses: making dynamic scenes is cool and all that stuff, but if your art focuses on portraits, character design or just character art, you don't usually get to draw complex things like dynamic fights with a lot of movement. But there are ways to make your "static" poses and "boring" characters look more lively without having them making flips all over the canvas. We'll explore those in this type of tutorial!
And that's all!
