Missed Patrons (Patreon)

I just saw a couple of persons that left my campaign because "they didn't receive the benefits/rewards". 

As the exit surveys are anonymous I don't have a reliable way to know who they are, so I want you all to know that if I ever miss you but Patreon did successfully bill you for your support, please kindly message me about it.

Patreon's relationship manager has been changing over the months, I do my best but I just don't find it easy to navigate through it. If no one tells me something went wrong, I can't do anything to fix the issue.

I want everyone to feel their money is worth, there's no reason for anyone to walk out empty-handed from here.

Not sure if this will reach the people in question, but if it does, please message me. I should be able to check if your payment went through and send you the pertinent rewards if everything is correct.
