It's viewing perspective. She's been getting zoomed in on a little more over the last few pages, so she appears bigger. Either that or it's a subtle time lapse that has her slightly bigger each page.

All the size she gained that we saw a cpl pages ago is now flopped down while she's sitting so it looks much bigger. Plus like others have said with the angles it's gotten closer and closer each page to increase the look of her size. She's gorgeously humongous nonetheless
