The lower panel is a fun showcase of size! Can tell how massive the doorway is by how someone thin like Vanessa compares to it! The way Erika struggles to get herself through despite that is fantastic, the frequent showcase of how her size affects her has been one of the bigger (heh) strengths of this comic, and the examples have continually gotten more fun the bigger she gets! Sorry for the lengthy comment, I wanted to fully express how I felt about that!

I doubt it. For how much she goes all in for her meals, I'd guess it happening within the same week could be a possibility. I do think it would take less than a month though.
