It’s fine right now but I do worry this comic will fall into a trap a lot of others do where they just keep going on for the sake of it and doesn’t feel satisfying anymore

Just to give my own input, I'm actively against skipping ahead like that. Faster paced stuff is dime a dozen, slow burn is much rarer.

I personally think the current pacing is great! Wouldn't it be nice to have at least one comic among your works that takes a slower pace with a richer story? That way, instead of immediately skipping forward right after every bit of weight gain, we get to see various interactions while keeping the characters at that size for a few pages. I reread it from page 1, and even though this is a long-form comic, it doesn't let body shapes remain stagnant for dozens of pages or make the story feel slow. Since I heard before that characters other than the protagonist could gain weight as well, I've been reading with a lot of anticipation. I'm also really hoping and looking forward to seeing Sophie gain weight, but before that happens, I hope Kayla gains enough weight to the point where she struggles just to get out of bed. Or at least after we get to see Kayla even fatter than she is right now. Also, Kayla's coworker Julia showed interest in streamers and free food, and the blonde streamer ended up doing a pizza mukbang stream to earn money. Maybe this could be a setup for other characters going down the streamer path, receiving massive food donations from Sophie, and gaining weight that way!

Since a few people are talking about pacing I’ll throw in my two cents. I do really like a slow burn as long as the other comic isn’t as slow since at the end of the day we are all here for weight gain, the story being good is a supplemental bonus. For me personally, I wouldn’t mind Kayla’s gain ramping up just a tiny bit. I don’t need a time jump or anything, just a focus. I think the comic would suffer slightly if, for example, in another year’s time she has not even gained like 100 more pounds especially with how much she eats. I do think a good balance would be to have characters like Melissa or mouse girl gain more off screen or just slightly quicker in general. I love this comic and enjoy the slow burn, but I just don’t want it to be defined by its slow burn and be slow just for the sake of it if it ever comes as a detriment overall.

Loving the slow feel for a comic, really giving a story to the characters. But I feel this one is getting a lil too slow. I definitely prefer the slower feel over the extreme time skips where in two pages girls go from thicc to having their own gravitational pull. But kinda starting to lose interest in this one a lil bit with how long it's taking to see any gain. 125 pages in and we're just getting to Kayla being just a lil thicc. Was hoping by now she'd at least b like another 50-100lbs bigger with how much it seems she eats lol

This feels like the point of no return, kind of hoping for a tragedy here, she gets hopelessly addicted to the food, her streaming career takes off but it's people that like watching her eat herself round rather than her gaming, but she's too arrogant to notice. Eats herself increasingly huge but denies it, gets more lazy and slobbish as she grows. Pushes away her sister and family in a dramatic clash. ultimately falls right into the red heads clutches like a fly in a spiders web.
