March Monthly Update (Patreon)

April is here! And it's a big one.

Songs of the Spellbound Sea: V1.0 is available! If you never got in on the book, you can still grab it through Backerkit. As soon as I lock your order, you'll get access to the PDF; if you want a physical book and back within the next few weeks (before I send the order to the factory), then you can be sure you'll get one.

Patreon: More growth! I'm also in the process of slightly retooling rewards for paid supporters. As before, please share with friends who might be interested (free or paid). The steady income from a monthly patreon is way more reliable for planning out a regular budget, if I can get it high enough.

Discord:  A little bit of growth, probably coming about equal parts from Reddit and from here.

Social Media: I finished my six weeks of social media threads, which was fun! And definitely brought a little bit of attention. Exhausting, though, so I'll be taking a break (but I will be posting there more regularly).

Troubadour, Swashbuckler, Bloodrager: I still need to go back and cut the new free releases on these, it's on my to-do list.

Necromancer: A clever GMBinder-spelunker found this - the 4th class is a Necromancer! It is under development, and Patreon supporters will be the first folks to get a look once it's ready.

Subclasses: I rolled out the Runemarked Sorcerer for March. Was hoping to get a 2nd one done, too, but clearly didn't get to it just yet.

Species: None this month.

Monsters: I still owe people their March Monsters - Prismatic monsters and Quasi- and Para-Elementals. Working on it this week!

The plan for April!

Kickstarter: Now that the 1.0 PDF is finished, we'll be sending files to the manufacturer and going through the proofing process (where they make prototypes and ship them to me for approval). Once manufacturing actually kicks off, I'll get the digital art book started.

Classes: I was hoping to get the Necromancer into early alpha last month; didn't happen. Hopefully this month.

Next Secret Project: This is a big, long-term thing, so still in very early stages.

Subclasses: Because I didn't get the update out on time, the polls have already concluded! The subclass poll was a tie between the Beast Lord Patron and the Way of the Silver Glimmer, and the magic item winners were the Shield of the Glacier, Sanguine Athame, Lantern of Souls, Crystalheart Dagger, Hovering Missile, and Ascander's Greatspear. No guarantee they all get made, but I'll do about a page of 'em, maybe 2.
