Flexi Factory Racing Tortoise (Patreon)

Ok, I couldn't help myself... I really wanted to Turbo my Tortoise 😊. This model has several fun features that make it great for customizing. The head pops-on and swivels for extra character :) The body, shell, and spoiler snap together, and the optional flames push in with a fairly snug fit.

I designed it this way so you can print all the parts in different colors. I personally like the shell shiny and the body matte or basic PLA.

I also redesigned the neck with a larger footprint, and kept the "box" feature to store stuff inside.

15% infill/gyroid, .12 or .16 layer height for quality suggested

As usual. make sure you have good adhesion, especially for the mini versions. A glue stick works, however I have switched to using on all my machines... a BIQU Cryopgrip Frostbite adhesion plate (LOVE it).

I test printed between 50% and 125% for this design. Consider high quality materials and settings, the smaller you go.

1st photo 100% STL: TTYT3d Rainbow Silk and Ziro Vibrant Coral Matte
