I'm sorry for the delay

I have been to the hospital since yesterday because of severe shoulder pain.

Of course, it's because I didn't get a good sleep.

I sprained a little while stretching, and there was no major problem with the diagnosis at the hospital.

And I'm going to change my work style a little bit.
