One of my favorite movies which I constantly quote w/ my family haha 😂 Was lucky enough a few years ago to visit Doune Castle in Scotland where most of the movie was filmed and it was so fun - highly recommend and the gift shop even sells coconut halves (you can bet I got some and banged them around the castle haha 😆)! ❤️

Lol funny side note. My English teacher in junior year of highschool had us watch Monty Python and the holy Grail specifically the witch scene because we were learning about the Salem witch trials. (We watched the whole movie later in the year). But we watched the witch bit to show how stupid a lot of the Salem witch trails were, very small and minor thing "oh well she's a witch, everyone burn her" man I love this fuckin movie I gotta make my husband watch it fully

My subtitles say Herbert's dad calls him Alice, not Alex. They have one thing in common, gender blindness! Maybe not much to build on but. Also, this portrayal of Lancelot has been lauded as extremely accurate to the oldest surviving myths. Talk about hero therapy. . .
