Great show folks. By the way, the Food Theory folks say a nice thick frappe (i.e. milkshake with ice cream) is the best counter to capsaicin.

Ever since the first time I saw Hot Ones, I have wanted to do the show just to have all the wings and see how I would react to all of them, so it was fantastic watching the low-budget version! Way to put yourselves through that.

Oh man guys. If you do something similar again (or just eat yummy spicy food) full fat yogurt is so much better than milk. Put some cucumber and dill in the yogurt for a yummy cooling effect.
