Good evening everyone!! π€
In this month's video tutorial, I will show you how to draw a waterfall!β¨π€
I hope the resolution of this video is enough, I had some technical issues and couldn't upload it in a higher resolution. Please let me know if it's not clear enough to draw from!
Some tips regarding this reference
Try to leave a lot of white space for the waterfall. In the end, the waterfall itself doesn't need that many details.
Draw the darker parts inside the waterfall with vertical stripes. That way you are creating an illusion of falling water.
Materials
For brush pens, I used:
Tombow 991 (Light Ocre)
Tombow 912 (Pale Cherry)
Tombow 126 (Light olive)
Tombow 451 (Sky Blue)
Ecoline 374 (Pink Beige)
For coloured pencils, I used:
Faber-Castell 165 (Juniper Green)
Faber-Castell 188 (Sanguine)
Stabilo aquacolor 630 (Dark Brown)
Stabilo aquacolor (Light Blue)
Faber-Castell 157 (Dark Indigo)
