Monthly update from my studio

At the beginning of every month, I will post a welcome to ... post where I talk you through the theme of that month, an overview of the content I will share, and a personal and illustrations work update. I also put this post in that month's collection, and I pin it to my Patreon so you can access it at any time, together with all the content I will post that month.

Rewards based on your membership

Here you can see which reward will be available for you:

✨ 2 Monthly Draw Along Video Tutorials

You can draw along as I walk you through my process using a reference image. The video tutorials include peaceful music, helpful subtitles with tips & tricks, the colors you’ll need, and the reference image we’re drawing from.

You can find all video tutorials here: Video Tutorials

✨ 1 Monthly Voice-Over Video Tutorial

Each month, I share one full-length drawing tutorial with voice-over, guiding you through my process and sharing more in-depth insights along the way.

In the thumbnail photo you can see if it's a voice-over video tutorial or a draw along video tutorial 😊

You can find all video tutorials here (including the voice-over video tutorials): Video Tutorials

✨ 1 Monthly Creative Prompt

Once a month, I will share creative exercises, drawing challenges, sketching ideas or behind the scenes posts designed to help you develop your drawing skills, explore new techniques, gain insights into my illustration process and build confidence in your creative practice.

Good to know: There won't be a creative prompt if there's a blogpost that month.

You can find all creative prompt posts here: Creative Prompts

✨ Weekly reference images & Step-by-step illustrations

Every Monday, I will post some reference images for you to draw from to get that creative flow going. On the same day, I will share a post with all my final illustrations based on the reference images of that week, including a step-by-step guid about how to draw these illustrations using brush pens & pencils. I will share with you the materials I used, my base layers and final illustrations.

If you’d like to, you can show your results in our ‘Reference Illustrations’ group chat, so we can motivate and inspire each other on how to approach a reference. 🤗

You can find all references here: Reference Images

You can find all step-by-step instructions here: Step-by-step Illustrations

✨ Occasional Blog Posts

Occasionally I will post a Blog Post about all kinds of subjects, like my favorite materials, how I created my color palette, behind-the-scenes, sketchbook flip-throughs, and other frequently asked subjects!

You can find all previous blogposts here: Blog Posts

✨ Access to our community chats

We currently have 4 group chats (depending on your membership):

Reference Illustrations group chat: For sharing your sketches from the reference images I share weekly. This way we can learn from each other and get inspired by how others approach the references!

Creative Practice - Tutorials & Prompts: For sharing your work inspired by the tutorials & exercises I post.

Small talk: I created this chat to have a little space where we can casually chat, get to know each other, and share a bit of our creative journeys. For sharing anything regarding your creative process. Things you learned in art classes, drawing hacks, whatever you want to share because you want to get that motivation going or help others.

This is the perfect place to:

✨ Introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your art journey

✨ Share what you’re working on this week

✨ Ask questions, share tips, or get feedback

✨ Celebrate small wins and stay motivated together

Theme chat: A chat for theme's that come up during the year.

I will also participate in the group chats and share my work with you!

You can find all the chats here: Group Chats

✨ Access to polls

I will share monthly polls. This way, I can see more about what kind of content you would like me to share. In these polls, I will ask you about, for example:

Preferred reference image subjects for the upcoming week.

Preferred Blog Post subjects for the upcoming month(s).

Preferred Video Tutorial references

The theme of the next month

❤️ Sharing your work

If you'd like to, you can show your work in our 'Reference Illustrations’ chat to inspire others, get feedback, or just get some motivation to keep drawing✨

If you post your work on Instagram stories, posts or reels, make sure to tag my account, so I can see!

You can also use our hashtag #celynartpatreon so everyone else can see your work too! 🤗
