I know you hear me often enough speaking to your ears...

But today I'm speaking to your eyes.

You are truly remarkable Gael... this was so beautiful. Your words flow over me like a blanket of comfort, easing away the tensions of a racing mind full of negative thoughts...bringing me back to the reality of not only how special I am, but how special we all are, in our own unique ways 🥰🥰🥰

just when I’m reasonably sure I’ve turned into the tough old boot I surely look to the rest of the world, feeling as ugly and hard as the world has been to me, my friend Gael comes over, drapes himself over a backwards chair, and begins to treat me with compassion, tenderness, wisdom, warmth and love. He seems to know just exactly what I’ve been going through, hardening myself against, and little by little - one by one - that soft accented voice takes the bricks out of my hands, tears down the high wall I’d been building, and plants a garden for me, instead, where I can feel truly beautiful, and not judged, worthy despite the lack others may find in me, and reasons for me to stand straighter, smile more often, and meet more people in the eye. Thank you, Gael, for reminding me that I am worth loving. That I am worth loving myself. 💚 - Juliana

I teared up. Goddamnit 😢😢

And to think that I’m lucky enough to exist in this world at the same time as this wonderful human being... 😭 It’s hard to see anything in the mirror through tears. You are incredible! 😘

Grace

I made the mistake of listening to this before I got home from work because I just couldn't wait. And now I am on the bathroom floor at work, shaking and crying uncontrollably. I was not expecting to be so touched by this. I never look in the mirror at myself if I can help it. And yet, somehow, this man I've never even met comes along and says absolutely everything I have ever wanted to hear. It felt like he looked into my heart and saw something precious instead of the ugly, scarred, broken version I see every day. I have no words for how much this message means to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Gael!!!! 😢💚

This made me cry 😭 Only because not one person in my life has ever said these things to me. I’ve always been judged, shamed and made to feel bad about myself. So it’s nice to hear this ❤️

This was beautiful. I am always so down on myself and I always feel judged. so I need this alot! Made me feel beautiful even though i don’t see myself that way. An encouraging positive message for everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this! ❤️❤️🥰

I’m sorry, who authorized all these feelings?!? 😭❤️👏🏼👏🏼

I'm glad I wasn't actually sitting in front of a mirror when I listened, because this probably would've made me cry. Beautiful, and timely as ever. These types of audios from you do a world of good, Gael. 💜

Diana L Hendricks

at a point where I just really needed to hear someone say that to me...Thank you Gael♥

Your soothing voice along with the amazing lines you used in this audio made me feel and believe that there's still good in this world. ❤❤❤

I’m not crying...you’re crying! 😭😭

Dwindling Sylph

I have listened to this audio two days in a row and plan to keep doing it. It is weird how hard just keeping my gaze in the mirror is. Thank you for this.

It's almost 6am, and another sleepless night finds me scrolling way back into the history of posts to see all the things I missed before I joined, and I find myself crying tears of understanding, of pain, of hope, maybe? It's very surreal that in all my years of existing (and boy, is that number getting scarily high), someone that has never met me, is never likely to or has never even spoke to me, speaks the words that not even my own parents have ever (or will ever) said. I will do my best to try and hear this message. I can't promise that I'll succeed every day but I can promise to at least make the attempt. Deal?
