I'm so sorry for your losses Gael. 😔 Can't even imagine how it must've felt to deal with them all at the same time. Losing a pet is like losing a family member. When I lost my cat some years ago, the grief was very real and it took time to heal. Nowadays I'm very grateful the memories and what he taught me of myself as a person. Pets really do have that effect on us and we're so lucky to be able to have them for that limited amount of time. Then bond you two had seems amazing. You were lucky to find each other. Thank you for sharing this update with us. I know it's not always easy to open up about these kinds of things, especially to people you don't really know, but I hope you know that all of us care for you a lot and only wish you the best in life! Everyone deals with grief their in their own way and no one should ever tell you that your way is wrong (unless it's directly harmful for your health of course). I'll keep you and Bobby in my thoughts and sending you all of my warmest hugs and well wishes. Take all the time you need. 🙏❤️

Violet Grey

I'm so sorry to hear about Bobby Gael. Losing pets are never easy 😢 Sending lots of hugs xxx

So sorry for your loss Gael 😢 I’m sure you made him just as happy as he made you, he probably had the dream life out there in the countryside ❤️ Sending a big hug and kiss

Same! You’re not alone on the feeling. I feel the same way and I don’t think I’m ready to listen just yet, I just cry easily! 🥺

Bird

I get what you mean. When my dog Bella passed, I wasn’t able to grieve right away because I had work and training to do. So it was late before I could take some time and by then I’d shoved it away. So I had to find a really beautiful rainbow bridge song to give me the chance to mourn. I’m glad you’re doing better and you’ve had the chance to let your emotions get settled. Lots of love and warm hugs. 💋❤️🥰🌹

Anonymous

I’m so sorry to hear about Bobby and all that you went through lately. It’s not easy losing a pet or a friend. Hugs, well wishes, positive vibes to you 💚 and take care 🤗

Ludmilita

Darling, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I was there to give you a huge hug. You don’t need to explain much! Surround yourself with your loving ones and get good vibes from them. Love you!

G, I haven’t listened yet to the audio, but I’m so sorry and heartbroken for your loss 🥺 I’m only a humble stranger across the world but I adore pups and kittens and when something like this happens to anyone, whether I know them or not, is just as heartbreaking. You are one on my list of people I love with all my heart, as weird as that sounds. Please know that we are all here for you, now and always. ♥️ I send you all my love and hugs your way, sweet G. ♥️♥️♥️

Jenn (Preemie Cuddler)

The unconditional love of a pet is priceless, and worth the attachment and companionship no matter how long. You are always in my prayers, love. Big hug with your head on my shoulder❤️

Rachael

So sorry for your loss, sending you lots of love and hugs. 🤗🤗💖💖

Ellen (Gaelandia's Chief Justice and Personal Trainer)

Gael, you helped me through the passing of my furry kid Lilly last year, with your lovely audio. I hope you know you have a small army of people here who care and are holding you up while you grieve. Take care of yourself. ❤️

Oh, Gael, my heart breaks for you. I'm so sorry about your sweet pup.😔 That little angel. It sounds like you saved him and then he saved you.❤❤ I do know the pain of a loss of a beloved dog all too well, and I know it is unbelievably hard.❤ I just want to give you a big, tight, comforting hug, sweetheart. May Bobby rest in peace, and maybe scamper through the fields and lakes with you in spirit whenever you need to feel him there.❤ All of my love to you, G.❤❤❤❤

CrimsonKisses

Aw love. It's amazing what an impact an animal friend can make. I understand. My Leia used to comfort me when I was sick. She'd stay by my side with her head upon my shoulder and she was wonderful company when I was lonley. It's better to have memories of ones who loved us then to not love at all. My great grandfather passed recently. I have been in a funk also so believe me when we say we understand g. Sometimes you have to take time for healing and that's okay. Youre wonderful and have such a fun positive enerdree ;) much love and many big hugs. <3

Prue

I'm sorry for your loss. The loss of a pet is just like losing a family member. Take all the time you need. We will always be here when you need us. ❤️

Thankyou for sharing a little piece of Bobby with us. I remember one video where he's looking at you and you are talking to him (adoringly) about his beautiful brown eyes ❤ It was so sweet. You had a wonderful life together. I wish you strength and happy memories. Much love xxx

Amy

I'm sorry Gael. It was lucky that you two were able to have time together. It sounds like you made each other better beings and he is super grateful for your love.

Anonymous

My heart honestly breaks for you. I remember him breaking up branches into little sticks so you could throw them for him and then getting you all wet when he jumped into the water ❤ The special bond you two had could be felt. You calling him "my handsome boy" with so much gentleness and love in your voice will forever be embedded fondly in my memory. I hope your heart finds ease in this difficult time. May the light you give out come back to you tenfold. You deserve the most brightest days with the sun warming your skin, the most heartfelt laughters and the juciest peaches in the world, my love. You are an amazing human being for loving him and giving him the most pawsome life filled with lots of cuddles and walkies through the Irish fields. I know his spirit will contact you through your dreams because you were his favourite person and he loved you very much. Let it happen, he will always be near you. Sending you my warmest hugs. I love you. ❤

Anonymous

Take care G, he had a beautiful life with you and I’m sure he was just as grateful to have you in his life as you are for him ♥️ I never had a pet dog, but I was extremely close to a stray who we named ‘Tipsy’ - I don’t recall why 🙈, she passed away recently and it was heartbreaking because I had some really good moments with her 😔

Anonymous

I'm so sorry, Gael! I know you have your own way with dealing with things, but I still want to send you lots of love and good thoughts!💔 🤗 I remember when my dog died, I was completely heartbroken. I got him when I was a kid and he was a real character, such a funny little guy (and he'd actually hold grudges forever 😂 not against me or anyone from "his" family, but other people and other dogs, too). It's so lovely that you took him in and gave him the best life possible! And thank you for introducing him to us and letting him be a part of this beautiful community! I'm sure a part of him will be with you and look after for you forever! 🤗

Sending you all my love G ❤

It’s true when they say pets are humanizing. They remind us we have an obligation and responsibility to preserve and nurture and care for all life. They have more love and compassion in them than most humans♥️ I discovered Bobby and Gael together on YouTube. It’s been since years now I can’t believe. I remember envying but being happy for Gael for having such a cute dog. You’ve been lucky Buttercup and I’m sure your dog was a sweetheart as well 😍😭♥️

I saw this bumper sticker once that said ‘who rescued who?’ with a little paw print next to the thought bubble. I don’t think I’ve resonated with a bumper sticker ever in my life, but this one stopped me in my tracks. We need these lil fur frens more than they need us sometimes. There’s so much to learn from them, about ourselves and the natural way of things. And you’re right, they are simple minded. Think about it, have you ever seen a mouse need therapy after being chased by a cat? Like yeah, they get shaken up, but they move on. They move with time. Humans spend their entire lives trying to reach this state when our buddies got it down since the beginning (and they didn’t need books, classes, or podcasts lol.) I’m sorry you’ve experienced so much loss and pain in such a short time. You gave your friend from work laughter and good company. You gave Bobby the best life you could give him. And at the end of the day, that’s all anyone want from us. A little bit of our hearts. Thank you for sharing Bobby with us. He lived his best happy Lil bobbers life, running through the grass and swimming in mud. He had it all and more 😌 Sending you all the love and all the healing magic to you, mi amigo 🌱💖

You two really made each other happy, and it showed. Thank you so much for sharing Bobby with us, Gael, even if it was just a little bit. And I'm so sorry 💖

So sorry to hear this😪. My Springer Piper, she is 10 on August 17th and she is MENTAL haha. Most people think she's about 3 coz of how hyper she is😂

Gael, I am so very sorry for your loss. I have been told and believe that animals enter your life at the exact time you need them. They find you. They are with you to teach you 'lessons' and support you. When you have learned the lessons and they have done their job for you, they move on to their next journey. I believe he will not be far from you, may come visit a time or two and will definitely come to you in your dreams. It sounds like he was an amazing dog and friend. The life you had with him will far out weigh the loss you are feeling now. Blessings, light and love to you. Thank you for sharing him with all of us. ❤️

Angela R.

Oh Gael...I am so grieved for your losses, my sweet man. My heart is with you. I have two Whippets at home. They are indeed my kids. I’ve lost many pets in my life too and know very well how painful it is. He was a lucky boy to be loved so dearly by such a generous heart as yours. Thank you for letting us have a part in this difficult time for you. We genuinely care. Sending you love and healing. Xoxo

I’m sorry for your heartbreak, Gael. Dogs are beautiful creatures. They’ve figured out things we’ll never know about love and life. They do their best in the time they have to teach us what they know. It’s painful to lose them, but we’re better off for having had them in our lives. Much love to you ❤️.

I am now listening to the audio and I want to say I am also an introvert. I like to isolate myself and deal with things on my own, however, most of the times it is not healthy, as I deal with depression and suicidal thoughts constantly, so isolating myself does me more harm than good as I am alone with my thoughts, and it can be a very dark and scary place to be. I cannot imagine how hard it must be to lose someone, it is my biggest fear that I have been waiting for since a child, because I know it will happen eventually. I can relate SO much on how dogs just know us, and the strong bond we have with them, where we just know what they are telling us! It happens to me with my brother's dog, he gives me signs and I know what he is saying, I give him signs and he understands me! I also know what you mean by being in a weird place but having to put on a face and deal with the day and not allow yourself to focus on what happened, it is not pretty or easy/comfortable to do. But I want you to know that you are very brave to express yourself with all of us here. Do not isolate yourself too much, remember that you are not alone and that you are loved. ❤️ Even Bobby will be watching, protecting and loving you from heaven. I send you my love, kisses, hugs, healing and support your way. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm so sorry Mr. Gael sir. It is not fun to lose people and pets. I bawled like a baby when I had to euthanize Brownie this past Wednesday morning. Sending all my love.

You and Bobby were a mutual gift to one another. We meet the animals we're meant to meet in this life when we are mutually needed by one another. He was lucky. So were you. ♥️ Only good people can truly empathize with and love an animal properly. Continue rocking. I hope another perfect interspecies relationship is in your future, someday, when the time is right. They are rewarding in ways that no other relationships are.

Anonymous

Aww, Gael I'm sorry to hear about your dog and the friend you met. I understand the feeling of losing a pet. Take the time you need to grieve and process.♥️ If there are any pet loss support groups in your area try to check them out. You don't have to talk much but being with others who are going through a similar experience might be helpful. I attended a support group with a therapist in my area after I lost my bunny 3 years ago. Here is the link to her book: https://www.amazon.com/Healing-Circles-Grieving-Bonding-Companions/dp/1508691924 Feel free to check out her book and others like it.

Big Hugs to you, G 💝 My favorite memory of Bobby was when you were sharing a lil video clip taking him on a walk. He was off leash and suddenly went off the trail just happily bouncing through the tall grass. As I heard you telling me of his passing, that came to mind... You have been through a lot lately. Be gentle with yourself and know we all send lots of love your way. It was fun seeing all the Bantz the other day. What a treat! Much love, Debs

You are strong love ❤️You are here for a reason! You can get through this and you are really brave to share this. The impact it has is truly an indescribable feeling and there will never be words to explain. But there is always a bright side and you will always have those beautiful memories. I hope you get well soon. Take your time to be gentle with yourself remember you are okay. Everything will be okay . Just breathe - :)

I just lost my 2 dogs last week because of parvo virus. I was devastated that I cry in my work everyday. And I just listen to your "all dogs go to heaven" audio to ease the pain and I'm very much thankful to you. Now that you lost Bobbie, I know he's with my dogs in heaven happily playing. I remember your old video in youtube where you play with him in the grass, one of the beautiful memories :( Cheer up Mr. G. If only I can hug you right now. This is the first time you made me cry :(

I’m so sorry to hear about Bobby 💔 thanks for sharing him with us so everyone could enjoy him. I know you’re probably still upset, but just remember it always gets better 💚. I know you probably won’t, but if you need someone to talk to feel free to message me!

I'm so sorry for your loss, too! As G said, sadly the pain in loosing a pet is all too familiar for many of us! But maybe it helps a bit that we're all in this together! 🤗 I'm sure your dogs had a beautiful life and you'll have many beautiful memories that will stay with you forever!

I lost my first dog very violently and it haunted our family (especially my daughter) for years. Take really good care of yourself and remember...this was not “just a dog,” but a member of your family. The grieving process will be that important. Much love. 💜💜

I lost my first pet 3 years ago and sometimes it still haunts me but I do try to think of mostly happy memories. Everyone has their own way and their own time to heal so take care and I hope you get as many positive + lovely vibes from all of us and a BIG BIIIIG HUG! *HUGS*

I know im a bit late commenting on this but im so sorry to hear about your loss.. Ive grown up with dogs and i know how it feels when its their time to go, it soul crushing. After i loss my 2 dogs a few years ago due to age i felt so lost. My family struggled on deciding on having another dog and i have to admit, for the first time in my life i didnt have a dog i felt lost and just constantly felt the joy at our home gone. But now we have a lovely rescue big boy and i feel complete again. Pets are amazing and can do wonders for ones mental health. And your friend as well, again im so sorry for your loss, all this within weeks of eachother i cant imagine the emotions your going through 😢 . Take it easy, look after yourself and try and get plently of rest 💜

Sherri

When you are an introvert the grieving process can be so difficult. But stay true to what you need and allow yourself time.

So sorry for your loss dear G. To be dealing with an injury and the loss of a friend, and then to lose a pet (an emotional support) on top of it is really tough! I went through a similar situation and definitely understand the need to slow down, as you said. Loss is strange. Bit by bit and day by day it gets better, but sometimes it still hits you at random moments, so know we are here for you if ever you need.

Anonymous

I understand dear G, and am sending you big hugs. Another dog will not be Bobby, but another dog will love you unconditionally too, so take your time big man, then let yourself be loved again 😘

Anonymous

I know I would be a complete wreck if I lost my companion animal. He is actually dealing with some health challenges right now and the thought of him suffering or experiencing pain is enough to make me cry. I'll be sending healing energies for your heart and your body.

Anonymous

Now's OUR turn to do the comforting and loving here, G! Let us be your strength whenever you need it. We always will be here for you. You deserve love too and can't always be the one giving when you also could be receiving. Remember this.. 💕 As an empath who is very sensitive to energy (no matter if in person or through visuals and audios), it's no denying the fact that I can physically and emotionally feel your pain (or what's left of it) as if it were mine too through this audio update from you. It's an 'ear opening' reminder that the person behind all these audios is also a fellow human with their own struggles and pain just like any of us here... So please let us lovelies switch roles with you this time as you take the time to build yourself up again. We love you and are always going to be here for you. Please take care while you're releasing and healing🌹💖

My condolences to your sweet Bobby. I just listened to your audio today. 😔 I know how that feels I lost 1 of my dogs 2 years ago & I had a big scare with my other dog a few weeks ago but I'm not gonna share that. Just take things easy & at your own pace. -Much Love 💖🐾

I lost my dog earlyer this year to so I’m sorry for your loss as well 😢 Sending my condolence your way and thank you for what you do 🌹

I also want to send you so much sympathy and love for you and Bobby. I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through such a traumatic experience. I tend to think too far ahead because I have this insane need to be prepared for what is to come and have feared the day it happens in our home. I don’t mean to turn it around here. I just mean to say that I can only imagine the pain of the loss. And that along with your other loss. Life is short and fragile. You are probably the most emotionally intelligent, healthy person I know. But there’s no way to predict or prepare. I’m so so sorry and I’m really proud to know someone with all these tools and who puts them to use with such grace. Hugs on Repeat Holly

The Witchy Woman

My deepest sympathies. My dog died three years ago, and then on the exact anniversary this year, my family dog had to be put down. It's tough to heal from.

I'm relatively new here, and I haven't made a comment before today, but this subject hits close to home. Earlier this year, we had to make the hard decision to let go of our family dog, Penny. We had her in our lives for fourteen years, and she was an amazing source of joy and strength. When my dad passed away, she was a rock for my mother, and in the years that followed, as her children moved out and Mom began a new chapter in her life, Penny was never far from her side. It was so hard to let her go, but it's easier now knowing that wherever our beloved pets go when they leave us, they never forget the ones that loved them. My heart goes out to you. 💙

OMG...I just found this and am so very sorry to hear about Bobby. He will be waiting for you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. Our fur babies are just as important as our "real" children. We lost one of our 3 cats the beginning of Sept. of 2018. We still have 2 cat and 2 dogs but Hermie was very special. As for your co-worker, I'm sorry for the loss of him as well. Sending hugs...it takes a while to adapt to the losses.
