Gael, I imagine your twitter notifications are bonkers on a regular day. Would you prefer us to simply use the hashtag, but avoid tagging Gaelforced?

Brilliant idea! 🙌🏻😀

Oh boy. I’ve avoided twitter like the plague since it’s conception. Enjoy yourselves though!

And how about we share food pictures and recipes here in our CP as well? Actually we always did. Our Soybean Jenny is the master 🙋🏻‍♀️ We’ll have fun all together. Feel free Jen and hopefully Gaelie is ok with that!

I don’t think it was ever advertised on Patreon, but there’s a new merch design in Gael’s TeeSpring shop for those who are interested:

https://teespring.com/i-ve-got-some-irish-in-me-ir?tsmac=store&tsmic=gaelforce-audios&pid=936&cid=103889 There’s also a new merch design in the works that Gael posted on his Twitter:

https://mobile.twitter.com/Gaelforced/status/1240373319955873793 I suppose if you wanted to provide feedback on any of the designs, you’d either have to get a Twitter account or DM/email him directly 🤔 I’m not much of a Twitter user myself because I’m too verbose to condense anything into 140 words, much to the annoyance of my English profs back in my uni days 😝

Oh I just saw the new merch. I’m far behind I think. I knew the enchanted beauty design, lovelies heart and Seanie Roolz....

I avoid Twitter... but I have a mouthwatering vegan dish that even my 5year old loves. Brussel sprouts and washed unpeeled carrots. Cut the brussel sprouts in half’s, cut carrots in inch long pieces. Mix by hand with some olive oil, chopped garlic, ginger paste, onion powder, pink salt and cracked pepper (seasoning portions to your liking). Then in the oven 450°F/230°C for 45 min or till sprouts are tender. Depending on how much seasoning I put in I’ll come back and mix the contents around every 20 minutes or so. Enjoy!

Yum! My kids love Brussels sprouts too- as long as they’re made right
