Maybe that requires seeing yourself in a different light.

Jenn (Preemie Cuddler)

Gael, the value you bring to my life is priceless! You are an unconditional gift to the world! I’ve never been able to listen through without being moved to tears with the message and the gentleness in your voice. Please take good care of yourself, for you are loved around the world!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 A quote that has stuck with me, “Comparison is the thief of joy.”

Rain Archer (Rhiannon)

‪I did this once and the reflection became its own self and spoke back, literally not game to look that deeply into a mirror since.‬ *gulp* I could try again... but if The Void breaks through and grabs me by the heart with that smile - I think my meds need to be looked at lol (I’m an artist, done a lot of work of Rumi’s Guesthouse and the identity of the self, but yeah what makes me a great artist also makes others think I am a hazard, only other open minded people “get it”). I am saving this one for pure private time where I can be completely undisturbed.

True story: At the beginning of March, I was tired of feeling stressed and anxious, so I set aside some time to trawl through patreon and dowload some encouraging audios I can revert to when things get overwhelming. Guess which were my top two? This one right here!! ☝️ Plus: https://www.patreon.com/posts/catch-your-31471640

Thank you 😊 I was going to say more but... job loss + trying to make emergency plans with family who lives out of town but not really being able to make any plans at all because of all that’s happening and not happening, and other stresses... thank you, Sir. Needed this.

Stephanie Drage

Oh, thanks for that. God knows I needed the boost. As a single mum with 2 kids at home from school I was struggling with myself and how I would cope. Listening to this really helped. So thank you. Thank you so much.

Dominique
