It's like you know exactly what will soothe me to my very soul. This will be perfect for halftime of this football game.

The sounds of rain, sounds of waves, any sound made by water calms me down, so peaceful ♥ Your calm voice made it even better 🤗♥ Thank you Luv, this was just what the doctor ordered after today, had a plan that didn't work out and it was something important...Aahh well, back to the drawing board as they say.. 🙂 Good night honey, sweet dreams ♥😊

“It (breath) is the only teacher we need” = today’s personal enlightenment. I guess I have a new mantra for my panic attacks. Ps Love the atmospherics.

It’s been a long and busy day. This is EXACTLY what I needed. My heart belongs to the sea, so I greatly appreciate this trip to my happy place. It was a wonderful brain vacation. GRMA, Mr. Mayor!

G, Thank you for this much needed well timed gift. A mindful vacation to self care. Me-time to ground myself and suround myself with self love. Self love away from chaos, conflict and drama. I counted my heartbeats 7...11 to pace my breath. I could feel my heartbeat slow and let my breath follow. You transported me to the ocean. I absolutely love this. Thank you!! Have added this gem to my list. Take care of yourself too. Keep well, much hugs. 💥♥️🤗

The line "Listen to the silence. It has so much to say to you"....it was like a magic spell, pulling deep emotion from my insides and swept it out to sea....I don't know how you do it, but please don't ever stop.

I put this audio on and from the first second I felt the tension just seep out of my pores. The waves. Your voice. The breathing. The Rumi. By the end I was into deep REM sleep - something that has been eluding me for months. So restorative, dear one. You are such a blessing!! 💥❤🤗

Something that struck me from the start but I didn't mention and I haven't seen anyone else bring it up: The invitation to lay down and relax. It's not an instruction. It's a request, and our choice. Word choices mean so much, and again this beautiful soul does the absolute most to make his listeners feel safe and in control. I said in the chat that I will never stop being amazed at what he can do with words, but here it is again.

I have to admit that normally I am the world's absolute worst at meditation. 🙋‍♀️😏 My brain is ALWAYS active and rarely shuts down enough for me to ever succeed. And trust me, I've tried many, many methods. 😡 I don't know what it was about this audio. 🤔 Maybe it is because I truly trust you. There's a feeling of absolute trust and love regarding you. I am safe. I am cared for. There are no ulterior motives. You truly do just want to wrap us up in safety, comfort and adoration. And with those feelings you provide a peaceful atmosphere to let go of ourselves. 🙏💖🌊 I wish there was some way to return the favor. I too love to take care of others so I get what you are saying about how fulfilling it is to do these things for us but I wish I could give you more. For what it's worth, here's a HUGE hug and heartfelt gratitude. 🤗💋😘😘💖💖 I have no idea if any of that made since......but I tried. And thank you. Most of all.....thank you.

Give Monday a crane-kick to the face and look forward to lunch!

I love and think it’s interesting that the breaking of the ocean waves sound so wild but that it’s so calming. At one point I felt part of it but that could have been me dreaming. I have to listen again for the beautiful quote because I was already too sleepy to comprehend it properly. I need to send an update to my therapist soon. I’m sending her the Youtube link along so she knows I’m still doing relaxation exercises and healthy stuff. 😌

20 minutes is just the right amount of time for winding down and some reflection. I love the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. It reminded me of how I used to stand there as the water receded, feeling like I was being pulled into the ocean. 🌊👣😃

Just what I needed! Thank you 💖

Just listened to this now as I thought that this is the right moment. So peaceful and relaxing both the sound of waves and your calm voice. Later on I'll be heading to the dream land! Thank you! 🥰

An absolute favorite place and sound. This is so perfect! You're the bomb.com G! ☺️💚

Anonymous

As always... perfect! Thank you G! 🙂

I don’t need to tell how calming your voice is G. you know that very well😘but beside your voice the ocean sounds in this one were extremely relaxing. I have so many nature sounds audios saved, but I can hear the difference and know that yours is by far a favorite one. I’d be very happy if you make a long 3hrs version for download? Only if it’s possible dearie ♥️

G, I posted a comment already, but wanted to say "Thank you" again. I regularly find me time for self care, self maintenance and self love. Sometimes in silence, other times listening to a guided audio or an ocean sound track. I have been searching to piece together a meditation playlist for years from other sources. "Just Us and the Waves" is exactly what I have been searching for. Your pace, tone and delivery sets me in the right mental space. Thank you for this gift. After listening to "Just Us and the Waves" my daily meditation playlist is now "Your Protective Bubble" ringtone, followed by "Just Us and the Waves" relaxation audio then a 60 minute ASMR soundtrack of ocean waves. Your Spice audios is what brought me to your Patreon, it is your relaxation audios that keep me here. I enjoy the Sugar and the Spice, nothing I have found elsewhere compares to you, but your relaxation audios, for me, are your greatest gift. G, Thank you from the whole of my heart.
