Christine_C

You are officially a saint and mind reader on top of that. This came in at the puuuurfect time! 😁

Dude! Get out of my brain! My daughter is home from college on break and she’s been working with my 15 year old daughter and using the Pomodoro technique. I hadn’t heard of it until 2 days ago. She uses a timer and everything. Which reminds me.... time for more Barry’s!

Anonymous

WHAT THE ENTIRE SHIT!!! I JUST started using the pomodoro method this week. How...how...** brain short-circuits and powers down** Idk how you knew but you’re a sneaky devil, you are.

Bunnygirl

Just what I need. Midterms are driving me nuts! Thank you Gael. You’re an angel! ✨🥺❤️

I was actually just about to start reading a chapter for class that ive been dreading, perfect timing🥺🖤

Oh my god thank you so much for this! I have final exams and I’m also working 30 hours this week. I’m trying to get more than 4 hours of sleep and drink less coffee 😂 but your voice is also so soothing and encouraging, G 💗

Emma

Oooh thank you so much for this. I'm working through my assignments for my masters and I love listening to this kind of thing for relaxation. I'm a super panicky person and this is just a god send

Perfect for my italian studies! Thanks for introducing me to this technique G! Yes, I will totally take the massage breaks from the well known Irish lad! 🔔😘

Ooohhh, it was this kind of tomato in the tweet! 😘😘😘 "You got the brain, you got the skills", I was able to imagine that in a ringtone, you know in one of those uplifting you can do it-kinds ♥😊 This was just what the doctor ordered 😅 I just started those irish gaelic studies and there's loads&loads of information entering my brain 😅🍀 Or atleast trying very hard 🙈😂 I loved this, smiling so widely here right now, thank you ♥♥♥*muah*

Anonymous

But I like the distractions. 🤣 This is actually really helpful right now.

Oh goodness, you are too cute with your 4th wall break. And you sound so relaxed and familiar. Love this.

Queenblue

I’ve used this technique successfully in the past, but I’m missing the massage sooo I’ll be waiting.....patiently......(taps finger tips on desk) anytime now......😘😘😘

Anonymous

This is so useful! Thank you!🤓🤗❤ I like that song, btw.👀🎶❤

*4th wall break* you had me rolling with rory lyon🦁 I think I used that on every one I could today. Rory lyon 💓😆 Wonders what you're studying. Thanks for the timer and info, you're so smart. So supportive. I just wrapped up my associates in human services last spring. I am proud of myself. I just couldn't focus to start back yet with the state of the world. But I have full intent to continue on maybe counseling or social services. And in my time. I will never not be entertaining in some way. But I want to help people. Just a goal I have ya know. You are precious ❤️ * I don't think anyone is focusing on a task with you doing pushups.. or kisses or massages! * You would become the task. Anyway sorry see unfocused...better start my timer and get doing my own pushups...💪. Best of luck smarty-pants.

So the tomato you shared on Twitter is for the Pomodoro Timer and I thought something to do with a lil ketchup 😅😄.. Close...... not!!! 🤭😂 Very helpful and uplifting audio! I think I'll use the same technique while working as well! And you sounded too adorable! Makes one really wanna go study just for the sake of the personal masseuse 🥰🥰💕💕

Anonymous

I’ve been making dumb mistakes at work all day and the tag is concentration. 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Anonymous

I'm all up for the Pomodoro method, but by golly if there won't be an Irish masseuse next to me after my fourth Pomodoro I'm filing an official complaint ;-)

I'm a permanent resident of Procrasti-nation 🤪 But for you I'll trade my coffee for some Barry's but I may need to cook pasta later with tomato sauce 😂 I'll definitely try this when I have a long translation project! This put me in a good mood and made me smile🥰

Anonymous

The timing was amazing, really. Thank you so much 😭💞

Anonymous

Very interesting, I hadn’t heard of this technique before! I’m willing to give it a try! 🙌🏼🍅⏱🥰

Anonymous

Delphine (half French half mad)

This might actually help me with my ADHD. You said it, it's all about tricking the brain! Thanks a lot, a chara :)

Ludmilita

Where were you when I was in college? I love this

Anonymous

Now, I'm Italian, I'm a university student and apparently I live in ProcrastiNation, I could easily be the mayor there. I knew about this method but I honestly didn't know about the pomodoro thing ahah. Just wanted to say that these types of audios are the fuel i need when I want to cry the soul out of me in front of my books before an exam. So THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH. Then, I wanted to say that getting to hear you speak Italian (although it was just the name of the guy and pomodoro) has totally recharged me and made me smile, so thank you again. Also, since I study cinema I LOVED the reference to the 4th wall. You got me laughing and screaming there. Please, do this more often. I loved it. 'Kay, going to study again.

I'll put this technique to use the next time I'm studying. Very helpful. I was wondering if you have an audio on procrastination. I will search for it later...see what mean😕If I had an Irish massage waiting I might get something done.

Thank you for sharing this method! Your ringtones have also come in handy when I’m taking a break, they’re a nice treat - like candy ☺️

HoneyLioness

I've been dragging my feet on some doctoral work tomorrow. Perfect timing and technique to ease me into this assignment. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I enjoyed the blend of humour, mischief and genuine tips for tackling procrastination.👏 When you said "it's a very, very mad world" my mind went straight to Gary Jules (sorry Tears for Fears!) "All around me are familiar faces Worn out places, worn out faces Bright and early for the daily races Going nowhere, going nowhere..."

Anonymous

Maybe you just saved my exam session, thank you !

Anonymous

Real talk... This suggestion helped me big time. I've been using this at work and for school. Thanks!
