Fingies are crossed 🍀♥🤗 This sleep audio, I'm telling you, is pure magic! 😍♥🍀 Like Valentina said above how it helped with her migraine, this also helped me with leg pain, I have a small but really irritating deep muscle blocked and I feel it in my leg. But this made me forget the pain ♥♥ Thank you! 😙

I'll keep my "fingies" crossed 😊 💕 I listened to the meditation on Insight Timer last night and it's wonderful. This was me... "How does he know that this is the moment I'm falling aslezzzzzzz"

Jenn (Preemie Cuddler)

Can’t wait for my shift to end so I can drift away to this one!! Thanks a million dear Handsome G! Be blessed my friend!😘❤️

The ocean sounds in this audio are on another level. So soothing. The talk down in the beginning combined with the extended wave sounds gave me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in weeks. I know finding locations has been tough for a while but when you’re good, you’re good. No matter where you are. 🌊 😴

So in love with this. Definitely going to let it lull me to sleep this morning. These midnight shifts are a beast.

These audios for sleep/meditation always come in perfect time!

Catherine

I was awake all night (per usual) but at like 5am I decided to listen to this. I was listening/paying attention for about a minute but then my brain started running until you said "stop" the second time and it stopped. I was 😴 in 10 minutes. Look at you getting me together, Boo. This is why I loves ya! ❤❤❤

This is so very relaxing! 😌

Beautiful work Gael! 👏👏💚💚 This audio will pay many many visits from my end! And will definitely be on loop! Love the body scan and the guided part of the audio, like so much! This audio is perfect for those who suffer from racing mind/thoughts pre sleeping! I know, those can be overwhelming, but with this audio, your thoughts will be aligned and you'll have the best distraction from any negative thought! You're a pro! And always keep up the wonderful work you do! ❤❤ Btw - I slept to it and slept straight until 10am the next day! Sunday is made! Looking forward to your future audios and from what I understand crazy bedsheets sounds are coming our way and I'm soooooo ready for them 🥰🥰🥰

Love this G! Your voice has such a calming quality. I’m glad you got the same recording space again, hopefully it’s as zen as last time! 🙏🏼😌

Insomnia is a horrible part of my daily life, I get about 3-4 hours combined each night, waking several times. I woke up around 4am and saw this notification. I listened and was out like a tko from Mike Tyson! Thank you Gael for this wonderful gift! 🤗

Wait, there were ocean sounds? I listened to it yesterday afternoon, the last thing I remember was you telling my brain to stop and I woke up 2 hours later.... This was like morphine for the brain.

Anonymous

perfect, just about to take a nap, so this is perfect timing, thank you my friend...nice start to birthday week

I felt relaxed and energized this morning after listening to this last night. Thank you 😘❤️❤️❤️

🙋‍♀️I have a dumb question. You are one of several people that have mentioned listening to this last night. For me it’s only been available for 7 or so hours. Did I trip into some wormhole and fall that far behind? Tbh, that would explain A LOT of things 😄

@SeaRabbit, G, uploaded this audio yesterday on InsightTimer and he shared the link on Twitter as well https://insig.ht/rep2haDhSgb idk of you have the app? If not , then I absolutely recommend ☺️

Omg. So using this for meditation, its perfect. Thank you as always, lovely G. 💓

Cherry Riley

I need this so much. I am in the middle of an awful insomnia bout and it's very taxing.

You are so cool! 💙💙💙. This is so pretty! I'm so chilled out. 😴💤💤💤💤 Sleepy bliss. 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊 🐳🐚

I don’t even know how long I lasted before dozing off....that worked a treat, considering I’m staring down a massive deadline and my mind is in hyperdrive at the moment! Thanks G-lio 😊

Update: I don’t remember any ocean sounds but I do remember you telling my brain to stop or something and then it was lights out. 7 hours sleep FTW 🙌

Thank You for this! I got a halfway decent night's sleep on what would normally be a sleepless night (Little Angel had no interest in sleeping in her own bed last night). 💜☺

Betsy ♍

I got my first peaceful sleep in days...thanx sweetheart. I'm dealing with a bout of anxiety that has to naturally subside and this audio is really helping. Waves calm me and I like the way your voice is spaced. Did you use pink noise? I also had a very pleasant dream ( a bit of subliminal seduction huh?)😉

G, I am really enjoying the expanding relaxation, comfort and meditation content. I dropped by Patreon because I was curious about the spice but it is to appreciate the creator of these beautiful meditation gifts that I tiered up and stay. I have purchased your It's Okay Now album and am enjoying the experience of your levelling up in your newer content and guidance to awareness. Sleep Waves is just pure bliss. I could listen to the music of the waves endlessly. The immersive steady rhythm of the ocean is so grounding and yet so alive with no two waves sound the same. Thank you for this blissful gem. Looking forward to more such beautiful gifts. Keep creating and taking care of yourself.

My sister had a listen to your Waves Of Relaxation (Sleep Audio) on Insight Timer and didn't make it past the 2 minute mark, she was fast asleep. Her: "Why do the good guided meditation recordings all sound like it's from the same Irish dude?" Me: "Umm, because GaelforceAudios is one dude and he's Irish?"
