Yaaaayyyy! Hey there! So pleased to hear from you and that things are getting back to mostly normal 😄 You need to sort out that floor though, or get some grippy socks. Be safe 😘

Glad to hear you are getting better! Have missed you. But please take your time to heal ❤ My January has been really crazy too sadly, so have also been trying to push on. Let's keep swimming 😊

The broken wing has been set free! 🐦 Please make sure to take the time to fully rehab that elbow so you don't have any permanent damage 🤗 Sending speedy healing vibes to get you back to 100% 🙏💕 oh, love the kitty too 😘 😂

I found the perfect protection gear outfit for you! https://tenor.com/JJgb.gif Happy to hear that your arm is doing better! I know that your brain and body is just itching to get going again, but don't rush it too much. We'll be here and support you no matter what. 💗

Anonymous

‘C’est la vie’ - yep, this has been my 2022 mantra, so far. You have no ideaaaaa how happy it made me when you said the cast and splint are gone, and that you had your arm all stretched out in front of you 😍 I’m honestly elated, and I sure hope that the physio rehab will be enough and no surgery will be needed! But no matter what happens, you can always lean on us ☺️ You know it already but PLEASE be careful Gaelie, no more slipping and sliding, and no more accidents, I won’t allow it 🙅🏻‍♀️ Otherwise, I’ll have to wrap you up in my arms, and then you’ll have no choice but to not fall over in any more hallways 🫂😠😂 Lots of love to ye sweet Gael 😚♥️

SunnyRises

I'm glad you're feeling better! Make sure to take care of yourself and don't try to rush 🥰🥰 Hoping for your safe recovery 💜💜💜

Yay! Maybe buy an area rug to put over those tiles? Or just wrap yourself up in bubble wrap! 😂😂

Katherine (Ducky)

Hearing from you is like hearing from an old friend. So happy you are on the mend. Take care of yourself. You are definitely worth the wait.

Anonymous

So glad you’re back and getting stronger! Missed you bunches my sweet. You need find shoes that have suction cups so you won't slip anymore, consult with an octopus perhaps 🐙🤭🥰💚

FREEDOOOOM! 🥳🐦 When you said that you’re working on your arm.. what kind of work you’re talking about? 👀😏 nahh kidding! Was just being naughty 🤣 Even though it’s healed please don’t forget to still take extra caution when doing things alright? Stay safe Gaelie! Have a nice sunday! 💖

Anonymous

Great to hear from you, friend, hearing that giggle warms my heart. Take good care!

Anonymous

Gael, love put down a mat or you're not allowed to pass by that slippery spot anymore!

Becca

So glad you are healing❤️

Anonymous

I'm happy to hear that your arm is free! 😙💪❤ I wish you good luck with the physical therapy. Oh no, that area sounds bound and determined to be troublesome.😦 This is me placing a non-skid throw rug there to keep you safe and so that you don't reinjure your wing.💠🤗 Sending my love.❤❤❤❤😚❤

Anonymous

G, thank you for the update! So glad you're feeling better. Please be careful of that "spot"! Can't have our sweet Mayor slipping and falling again! Please continue to take good care of yourself. ❤❤❤❤

Anonymous

Yaaay!! So glad you’re getting better 💕💕 also diet plays a huge rule in situations like that you gotta give the body the material it needs to repair itself basically please take care of yourself so it fully heals wish you all the best

*listening with a caring and loving smile on her face* I'm so happy to hear you're healing well, if I could I'd give you the biggest&warmest cuddle hug I can, I'm sending it anyway in my thoughts. ❤️💋💖🤗🤗🤗 Love hearing the positive energy in your voice, but I'm still gonna say this, we got you honey ❤️ You take the pace you need and if you need the operation, we're here for you ❤️ *another warm hug❤️ I know I'm starting to sound mushy with my comment, but yeaahh.. that's me, a real Care Bear 😅😅

Chelie

Glad you're healing up nicely. Dude, you should get an area rug for the entry so you don't slip and break your arse next. Ireland is not known to be the driest of countries after all. 😉 Bi curamach. ❤️

Not to be that person but the physio does help been caring for a parent since December bc of a smashed wrist and hand they have a rake to do at home and physio appointments at the hospital.take it handy if needs be

Anonymous

Thanks for the update and good luck with the physio. Keep it up, you got this! 💪 I’ve got some of my own stiffness to deal with in my heels & feet, and some toys to help with that should be here tomorrow. I’ll work on my feetsies and toesies while you work on the wingie 💗 You avoid tile & I’ll avoid concrete.

Anonymous

Glad to see you’re back and your arm is doing better 😊 just don’t overdo it or you’ll be right back at the start. Just the smallest of things can set us back, but I’m pretty sure you know that already 😂

Bibi

Well, everyone here, including myself, is very, very happy that you're back! We have tile floors here in Tucson, and during Monsoon season (glorious, chaotic and Wet), I slipped and fell while bringing in groceries, and thought for sure I'd cracked my tailbone. Glad to say I didn't, but throw rugs with grip (and special under-tape to fasten them in place) went down. I also switched my cowgirl boots for sports shoes with treads. Shoe treads and the throw rugs, Gael! Take good care of yourself and that elbow of yours! I look forward to see your next offerings. ♥️

Kisses for the booboo! And holding you in my thoughts and prayers that you have a speedy recovery. Feed yourself well as that helps with healing. Thanks for the updates.

LynnieBee

Gaelie, Darlin, get a no-slip mat for that front hall!!! Glad to hear you’re free of splint and cast and on the mend, we’ll weather whatever comes with you 🥰 Mind that wing!!! ❤️🫂

Anonymous

Geez G, you slipped twice more?? You gotta do something about that slippery patch. What a fright!! 😬😬 Will ya just get some of those nonslip padded interlocking rubber floor mats PLEASE!! The ones you put down in an infant's playroom should do the trick. And while you're at it, get some big poofy bean bags for a soft landing the next time you go crashing headlong through your house. Or we'll put you in a child's playpen with only soft toys to keep you safe 😆 Please be careful!!

Angela R.

I’m so sorry about all of the struggles you’ve faced lately, G. Good grief! Sending you love and healing vibes, dearie. You take care now. Don’t make us wrap you in bubble wrap! 😆😘

michelle nieto

lots of love ❤ hope you get to feeling better with a little pt and get back to what you want to be doing 😉 ❤

Hey love!! So glad you're out of the cast/splint and on the road to recovery. I hope phys. therapy is helpful in relaxing that muscle/joint/scar tissue and they are able to work out that kink in your arm. I've had pretty bad scar tissue from a break that they were able to work through. Not gonna lie that it wasn't painful but it avoided surgery. If it's even scar tissue, hopefully it is. I hope the knot/kink isn't the bone itself and surgery is required. You need some good luck, it's been a bit of a tough past 3 months for ya. Well......year really. We've all been through the shitter it seems. 😉😏👍 Sending you even more healing vibes and as much love as your Irish heart can hold. 😘😘🤗🤗💖💖 And get a non-slip mat like some of the other Lovelies suggested above. You cannot chance falling again like that. Don't push your luck boi!! 😯🤞👣

My beautiful Abby, let me know what you got for your feet? I am soooo sore this year from those three broken bones in my left foot that happened 2 years ago. This cold weather is KILLING it. Would love to know what you're trying. Tylenol and Icy Hot aren't cutting it here. Thank you!! Love you!!!!!! 😘😘🤗🤗💖💖💖💖

So glad you didn't break your tailbone! I use the throw rugs with the tape and grip on them and it works like a champ. I had my doubts but nothing is moving those suckers. 😘👍😘

My gorgeous Kristen! I’m going to wrap up everyone I love in bubble wrap 😭 I didn’t break any bones in my feet (other than a toe a while back) but I’ve been having terrible pain in my feet and Achilles’ tendons. Just started a few months ago. I will post some fotos and links on the CP if it will let me. The biggest help so far have been these ridiculously chunky but SOFT house slippers I found on AMZ. Bronax is the brand. I hope you get some relief! Love you toooo! 🫂 🥰🥰

I’m so glad you’re getting some physio. I l ow you work out, it as a physical therapist it just isn’t the same. Plus you don’t know when things aren’t going right until they really aren’t going right. But hopefully you don’t need any surgery or anything more than some professional guidance.
