Alright so I'm gonna start a new little sub-series, and it's gonna be about the TV shows I used to watch as a kid. I'll probably do them periodically throughout the year, but the first one is on the Nickelodeon game show Double Dare. Do yourself a favor, and watch a few old episodes on Youtube and bask in the nostalgia of late 80s/early 90s TV. My favorite part is the bewildered midwestern families/contestants that are absolutely terrified to be on cable TV. It's fantastic.

I'll be working on it all day today, it should be out by tonight.

Thanks ya'll!

A brief summary of Double Dare

Marc Summers: "First question. What is the capital of Wisconsin?"

*Midwestern family huddles up like a shitty little league team

Blue Team: "*ahem* Dare."

Red Team "Double Dare."

Blue Team "You pieces of shit. Fucking Physical Challenge I guess"

*audience fucking loses it

Marc Summers: "The correct answer was 'who the fuck gives a fuck', alright let's go dump a fuckton of Gak on a little kid."

I'll squeeze you in (you'll be holding a gigantic VCR in this one)

VHS tapes were truly an under appreciated video format (Born in 2002, the last generation to experience VHS tapes and VCRs)

Jacob Bell

I remember watching Double Dare 2000 with that guy that kinda looked like Ben Savage hosting. I always flipped out when they had a chance to win the N64

Nicole Berg

hahaha 🤣 this is going to be great!

Ben Asay

My favorite was Legends of the Hidden Temple!
