Hi everyone!

Here’s the promised update we mentioned in our recent news! We’ve squashed a bunch of small but pesky bugs that you reported and that we found ourselves.

Custom cursor: It’s brighter, a bit bigger, and never gets lost against the background; You can turn it off in settings;

Bamboo border placement: Can now be placed directly on the ground — not just on foundations — making it way more versatile!

Better building controls: Rotate structures faster with Ctrl+Q / Ctrl+E; And with R you can now activate a demolition mode;

New beautiful track: Added a lovely second main theme to accompany you in-game.

Stone Cold

Hey man, heres some new feedback on mobile, i believe that the draw distance is what makes the frame drop on mobile. I did a simple test here, i walk around with the camera looking forward and got frame drops, but when i move the camera and look to the ground while walking, i got 20 fps plus of diference. Maybe add a option to adjust the draw distance and the game will run really nice, but its just my feedback, and you guys are killing with this game, really good job.

Sorry for the very late answer! Thank you so much for this detailed and helpful feedback! Optimization is very important for us, we'll see if we can implement this feature, but we'll definitely look into fixing this in a future updates. Really glad to hear you're enjoying the game despite the hiccups! ❤️

I'm finding a problem where when trying to play I am unable to turn the camera left or right using Q&E or right mouse button. I was able to get it to work for a little bit when I changed the game to dedicated fullscreen but haven't been able to replicate the fix after it broke again when I had to alt tab onto my second monitor.

Hi! Please check that you haven't connected a gamepad, because a connected gamepad can interfere with the controls. Please let us know if it worked for you. If not, please tell us what actions you took in the game that caused these problems to start

I do not have a game pad connected into my system and don't even have any extra peripherals besides my 2 monitors, keyboard, and mouse. I do have a USB charging cable connected to my system but that does not register until I plug a USB-C device into it like my phone which I use the cable to charge. I have found that if I launch the game it doesn't matter if I have the graphics setting set to fullscreen the game opens in windowed so I fix it by changing the setting to windowed and back to fullscreen to reset the game back to fullscreen. If I go right into play (or load) the game does work fine but the moment I click off of the game onto a different window, which is exceptionally easy given the mouse is not locked into the game window and I frequently use my second monitor for background videos) it breaks my ability to use Q&E or my mouse to rotate the camera but all other controls like movement using click or WASD as well as camera zoom using mouse wheel function. Is there any way of allowing the mouse to be locked to the game window to control turn and height and having a keyboard press (like E) to interact with the world like traditional games? I have also found that on some occasions when entering and exiting a world cutscene scene like when finding Bunny near the players area in the Valley after the zoom and getting back to player control the camera zoom function is stuck but can be easily fixed when using a teleporter.

Thank you very much for such a detailed report! Could you please let us know if you're using a Linux or Windows system? Regarding the control scheme change, that's a separate topic. We have a lot of mouse-driven interactions with various in-game interfaces, so changing that system isn't simple. However, if there's significant demand from players, we can certainly look into it. Thanks again for the thorough description of the issue! ❤️

I am using Linux and running the program through a wine compatibility layer.

I had tried the demo from itch and even used the bug reporting tool from there as I had the problem persist on that version. As much as even I would like to believe that the compatibility layer is the problem I could not find that it is.
