New Pledges don't always show (Patreon)

Sometimes I get emails from Patreon informing me of new pledges that subsequently don't show in my list of all patrons(1). People may change their mind and decide against continuation. But unless you are an active Patron you aren't on the patron list, even if you paid once, and if you ain't on the Patreon list, I can't add you to the database. 

On other occasions I get angry messages from Patrons who never got acknowledged, never got their welcome message & login details. In this case, to my suprise, I find new Patrons while I never got an email from Patreon.

[Edit] Searching for possible causes I found this tweet from Patreon: " To all creators and patrons: we're fending off a nasty email bug and have stalled all emails from sending as we work to resolve the issue. "  So, mister very angry and rude Patron, I never knew you were there.

So, as mentooned before and elsewhere, if you don't get a welcome message from me thanking you for your supoort and providing you with login information within 24 hours send me an IM or email to william@eroticinteractivegames.com

(1) this morning I got an email that somebody pledged and one hour later the pledge was upgraded. But this person doesn't show in my list of Patrons when I want to add to database 4 hours later. So Junior, if you pledged & paid, get in touch
