Sometimes another Sim just pisses your Sim off, or pisses you off, or maybe they just make literally everyone contemplate murder no matter how good of a person they pretend to be on an average day. Perhaps that Sim just needs a dose of cold vengeance blatant homicide appetizers that may or may not be laced with deadly toxins.

This is the fourth of our multiple-part mod created as a collaboration between myself and Shino Nox under the Project: Chaos Modding joint name. Our eventual goal is to create a pretty cohesive serial killing mod that covers many potential ways of putting other Sims out of your misery.

Part four brings the Poisoner, who murders their victims by adding some deadly flavor to their food and drinks.

Wanna help along grandma so you can have at that sweet inheritance? Teach your roommate a final lesson for always stealing your food? Are you sick of the husband's heavy drinking habits? Or do you just want to create some random Chaos at the neighborhood BBQ? Just add some deadly flavor to all of these annoying Sims's food and drinks and be rid of them for good. After all, some Sims are just far too much of an inconvenience to just let them go on breathing like they aren’t ruining your life or something.

More coming soon in the future, and further additions will have an early access period of 2 weeks for our patrons.

What this mod does:

Sims can buy the Poisoner trait via the reward store for 750 points.

This trait will give them a new, very deadly interaction when clicking on any food or drink: Add "Flavor“ - this should work with most EA foods, drinks and harvestables, but should also work with custom foods.

Any Sim who eats or drinks these poisoned consumables will get a “This Tastes Funny” buff and die of poison a short time later.

Beware to not let your own Sim eat or drink the poisoned stuff!

Vampires will be unaffected, since in our headcanon they're basically immortal and should be immune to mundane poisons like that.

Things to be aware of:

Pregnant Sims and Children can eat/drink the poisoned consumables but of course won't die from it. We may look into restricting them from touching it in the future.

If you don't have the Realm Of Magic pack, the VFX effect on the poisoned consumables will not show up - the mod will still work though!

For some reason the VFX effect will not show on single serving food items that have been poisoned while on a multi-serving platter, unless you move them to your Sims inventory and back out again.

If you would like to poison food and drinks at market stalls or other off-lot locations, you need to turn off the "Sims Die On Lot" option with MCCC, or no one will die from it (MCCC > MCCC Settings > Gameplay Settings > Sims Die On Lot)

Sometimes there is a visual glitch when poisoning servings of food: this glitch is purely visual and does not affect any gameplay.

Mod Requirements:

This mod requires the Jungle Adventure pack for the “Poison” death type.
