Hello! I know we got beautiful new swatches on all hairstyles not long ago, but I often find myself wishing for a few more (*´ᵕ`) I also want to separate my 3 bonus swatches (pink, purple and white) from the Maxis colors so that they're optional.

I plan to re-make all the hair files so that there will be two files for each hair: one with the 24 Maxis swatches, and one with all bonus swatches.

Old way: 24 Maxis swatches and 3 bonus swatches in 1 file

New way: 24 Maxis swatches in 1 file, all bonus swatches in another file

If you download both files of a hair, all the swatches will show under the same thumbnail in Create-A-Sim.

This is something I plan to do with every hair I've made, so it will probably take some time to finish and to update each post. But when it's all done I'll sort the files in bulk downloads for those of you who want to quickly re-download all of them in one go.

All Maxis colors will always be included, so those are not up for voting, but are just pictured for comparison.

Here's a picture of just the natural shades so you can more easily compare.

Multiple choice is allowed in the poll, so you can vote to remove a color and also vote to add one! 🥰

We need more shades of red hair like copper red fire truck red, and shdes of green and blue made even more pastels would be nice as well

I agree with more reds! I adore the lighter ones you've added, but would love a few more Auburn/Chestnut reds as well. I am soooo excited for those light reds though! And the strawberry blonde is beautiful! I'm also really loving the honey/light browns!

I love everything you do so honestly if you don't change anything I will have absolutely no disappointment! That said, since you asked haha I would love more pastels, even a bit lighter pink! Of course I'm rabid over pastel in my game and gobble up any content that people offer which is quite unusual tbh! Berry colors are very common but not pastels! For me, blues, greens, purples, yellow, reds, pinks (definitely different from red!), purples--all pastels haha but also some gem tones too! Similar to berry colors perhaps but I think of a gemstone in the light with both deep color and brilliant shimmering color too! Like a deeper red, then a shiney brighter red, same for the other colors on a deeper tone and then a brighter tone. It feels like everyone makes the same base colors but I often love to play with unusual skin colors with unique genetics and hair color and seldom have hair that matches from your current palette. Thank you for even taking our thoughts into consideration my dear! Squishes!

I wanted to add that there is another creator who has three separate color downloads... The first is the traditional colors, then they have two other downloads for their unique palettes. Could be this model would work for you? You could have the main download and then an additional one with all the more "traditional" colors that you have added to your palette and then another download with your pastels/gem colors for those who like that kind of color as well. This let's those who would never use the unique colors on their game not clutter their cas with it at least. Personally, I could not leave out ANY creation you order so however you did it I would be picking up all of the files lol thanks for being you Miiko! Mmmwah!!! PS you could also offer a merged file for people like me who will always use everything you create too!

tbh i don’t personally have any specific colors i want to see, but a lot of the ones that have been talked about in the comments so far sound great! i’d definitely love to see some reds, more pastels, and that purple-y plum color that was suggested! anything else would be a nice little bonus for me lol

would there be any chance of getting greys, like the brown and black maxis gave us with grey hairs in them? I wish i could have a ginger sim start to show her age without going grey all over

Love these, I find myself using the lilac for a lot of my sims! I would love a mint shade too, I think a lot of people would appreciate to use your hair for Not so berry or other colour challenges!

I love all of these colours you've chosen so far (more variation is needed!!) Elder sims don't have much to choose from the current EA palette & I feel that the greys are too harsh, and the two brown/grey & black/grey are not quite enough. We need more of that kind!

I have noticed that a beautiful pastel yellow or something similar is missing from most hair cc! Most CC yellow hair is bright or its just blonde tones. Maxis has that super saturated yellow one but its such an intense color. my yellow gen of not so berry was just golden blonde the entire time haha. Love these colors and your talent!
