Delve into darkness, battle monstrous spiders, and face the horror of the nest mother.

7 pages (+ cover and end-sheet). This is a pre-written encounter, ideal for players at Level 5 and above, although it can easily be altered to work for other levels.

This looks amazing! I can't wait to run this with my group. Although i'm a little confused after reading through do you have any guidelines or suggestions as to how many spiders you should runs this with? As a newer DM i sometimes really struggle with the balance issues in my group.

I am using this as a follow on from the werewolf's daughter. The nest is a place where the lycan hunters throw "heretical" things like magic items.

I want to use it as a travel encounter for my 5 player lvl3 party. Think it's good as is or use the above suggestion to see how they deal with the first spider? And would adding a phase spider be mean?

Started this with some pretty fresh players the other day and wasn't able to finish it all in one go but we had a great time. Super fun and simple with lots of room for me to play around as the DM. So far they're doing well as level 3's and I already have fun ideas for how to potentially draw them into a larger conflict whether they steal the hammer or not! Thanks for the great content!!
