Maliketh ranked 2nd place in the latest CC poll. Therefore I decided to sketch him.Furthermore I checked a video on Youtube to figure out if he is a lion or a (were)wolf. In my opinion he is a huge armored werewolf with a long gray mane and a fluffy tail.In this sketch he shows his sword(s) and furry peach.  ;3If you are interested in the video on Youtube. I will add the link below.A humble warning: Like most From Stoftware games the characters have elongated bodies. I call it: "noodle" anatomy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlPn340TXgc&ab_channel=BonfireVN

Yay an artwork of daddy Maliketh by Greeny, he is by far one of my most favorite bosses in Elden Ring from both design and gameplay perspective. Looking forward to see that second sword he hides underneath that gorgeous armour :3

I thought Maliketh was a lion the first time I encountered him in the game until I saw that most fanart classify him as a canine. Mainly because of the mane and because there are big lions with swords that appeared earlier in the game so I assumed he was related to those. Regardless, I just really like his design and think this sketch looks great so far.

I wasn't sure if he is a lion or wolf. After comparing his snout and teeth to another lion in Elden Ring I came to the conclusion, that he could be a wolf. Considering his hidden armored body and the mane he could also be a lion-wolf hybrid. In general the "unknown" is a big part of Maliketh and it supports his mystery and the fascination about him.

Can't wait to see it, the rest of the month is going to be so long until the release of the artpack. The wallpaper version will go directly on my desktop upon release ^^

He is one of the best for sure. Him and Radahn are my favorites bosses in the game
