Sorry, but that's one thing I have to disagree with. Everyone has weaknesses, what the queen lacks is the strength to protect those weaknesses. Killing the heart and letting only the mind rule, as much as the opposite, is just a recipe for disaster as well. You need both as well as unquestionable strength to be a true ruler and keep everything you want safe.

So there are three tiers of a dragon's bonds right, mate at the top, slave at the bottom, and the middle one (was it aid?). I doubt he would enslave her, but idk if they would be mates, at least to start. Would be interesting to see Ast get more non-mate bonds.

I really hope both Althea and Suanori become mates!!!!! That would be a pretty awesome combination for fights too!!!! With both of the, being nature oriented. I think that having Althea being a mate would also more solidly prove to other dragons that Asterios is not like other True Dragons which could help if he meets any other lesser dragons or even other clans of True Dragons.
