Here we go!  More drama!  Also, some Sakurai, which... I need to do for the later plot, but I'm kind of ambivalent on.  It lets me write Kotaro bossing someone around and interacting with a guy his own age, though, which is new.  (Sai and Torune don't count, they're still more robot than human.)

Hmm... I think I'm going to work on a new SAO chapter next.  My birthday present to myself.

That 'prank' was pretty gross and didn't really make any sense. He could have just done it himself for one, it's not like they were going to DNA test it. Two they could just assume it was his anyway.

But how would they know that? They could still wave it off as his even if it's not, no DNA test. Honestly it would be less of a hassle and make more sense to just tell them he thinks he's gay for Sakurai or something. Still think it would be more unpleasant for him than it would be for the girls... Could accidentally turn them into fujoshis which would be a self own of epic proportions.

was there some typo or did I misread the whole "six months to clear medical certs" thing? MC says six months as a 'crash course' but then Pinkie says six months is normal, then I think there's a reference to 3 months then back to six months.

Six months of tutoring under Kota, then Sakurai would have to take a test when he graduates to get into the medical program. After that it would take another six months for in the program to get his certification. Kota says he can cut that last six month stint in half.

For the purpose of his power, does it take into other skills for what each charge gets him? If Kota were to max out Medic Nin, how would that impact the payout of something like Tsunade's personal techniques given it comes with a lot of the same base foundatio?

'Maxing Out' Medic-Nin and then taking 'Personal Skills: Tsunade' would make the latter "count" for more, amplifying the effect of the single charge in terms of breadth and depth. This is because of the synergistic effect of stacking the textbook approach of medical techniques onto Tsunade's unique twists onto them, enhancing mastery and flexibility.

Loved that Kota put Obito in his place. It's one thing being concern3d but you could tell that at the end? He wasn't talking to Kota anymore. He was wishing he could say this to Kakashi. Kota totally saw that and wasn't having g his bullshit. In fact, I'm waiting for that moment just to hit Obito in the gut: "I am not Hatake Kakashi."
