Okay, I’m actually really struggling with the title on this one! If you have other ideas, please feel free to chime in! lol

Thank you so much everyone who joined in during stream last Friday while I worked on sketching and inking this piece!

For this one I actually started painting it in grayscale but but i wasn’t getting the look I was hoping for so I actually went back and repainted it! Haha!

This idea started out so random and this is the first robot arm I have ever attempted but I feel like it came out pretty well! More mech stuff to come?? Who knoooooooows?! Lol. Probably not full mechs but combing a little bit of mech with characters is pretty fun!

So cool and pretty!

I could only think of "cyber music" or "cyber sailor". As you see, i like the cyber part, i think "robot"-something wouldn't sound as cool 🙈💕

There is something about her facial expression that gives me all the feels. Like I can feel her emotions. Amazing work.

Ahh! Thank you so much!! I’m so glad that you like her and can feel something from her expression!

Haha! IKR!? I played with the word “robot” as well but it just isn’t as cool. But those are some good suggestions!!

I think it looks really good, *especially* for a first go. I love biomechanics, so I'm excited to see anything you play around with on this stuff. :3

God this would make an awesome writer's prompt for a Sci-Fi short story. It makes me want to find out the narrative behind this image. How life is for this little girl now that she is part cyborg. How do the other children in school treat her now? How does her and her family deal with the difficulties and expense of her having a robotic arm that will need to be replaced and upgraded every couple of years as she grows? So much story potential in this image.

Really like this subject, it has a lot of potential for storytelling! May I suggest something with "Android" in it? Maybe Pondering Android or Dreaming Android? She looks like she is really self-absorbed right now!

Oh wow! Thank you for writing this comment! It seriously makes me so happy when I can make a piece of art that inspires some of these questions!

I'd have to disagree. Using Android in the title would be misleading. An Android is a completely synthetic creature (ie: The Vision in the Avengers.) She is a Cyborg. Someone who is part human and part machine (ie: Steve Austin the 6 Million Dollar Man or The Major in Ghost In The Machine.)
