✨New Art//Summer Slumber (Patreon)

Hello my lovely patreon pals!🌟  Another piece that hit me out of nowhere.  

Over the years, what I have learned is that when inspiration hits and I am able to get into a flow,🎨 it is best for me to just jump on it even if I have other things waiting on my to-do list.  

This is for a few reasons.  One obvious one is that you just never know when the next time inspiration and flow like that will hit, so it is nice to take advantage of it to pump out a new creation.  But the other reason is more personal and meditative.  

Being able to get into a flow with a piece of art feels so rewarding and healing to me, especially as someone who does art professionally, so often I am drawing a lot but am not always in inspiration or flow.🖌️  When I draw from impulse and inspiration it takes me back to my origins and childhood of drawing.

Anyway, I hope you like her.  I adore medieval inspired maidens and artwork that feels like it might belong in a book next to an old fairytale.
