Where are the VTT files for the Urban Zoo?

Artificer's Museum of Wonderous and Stupendous Inventions or "The Tower of the Gorgon" with relevant gorgon themed interior? House Sivis, you could have it as the "Lawman's and Clerical Office" which is almost like a newspaper room where you have a large center area that is devoted to gnomes who are writing legal documents or directing quills to write them for them?

The only other Kundarak/Sivis option I could think of is just a major post office? A hub for mail and cheque services for all of Sharn?

I like your ideas for the shared Kundarak/Sivis setting. A very secure, observed/escorted records vault seems really fitting for the location.

Also, House Deneith could have an outpost here whose sole purpose is to protect the other houses' assets within Dragon Tower. This could function as a point of interface for the houses that is much closer than their main outpost. Deneith's muscle could basically push any other competing enforcers (Sharn Watch, King's Citadel, etc.) out of the picture in order to keep the houses all the more independent.

I feel Cannith South would give a name beyond its station and absolute, like The Center of Artifice, as a direct challenge to the other branches. Kundarak/Sivis joint venture, I would think it would need to have something unique to Sharn, otherwise this would occur in other locations. Maybe it behind artifacts that can't move but may provide knowledge, like Halas Tarkanan's body frozen in stone. I like the idea of Deneith services being for other houses as above, or some other form of an elite unit.

I would just add that a clerical office, or just a giant room with lots of desks, would be great for any kind of newspaper campaigns. Or for a "detective mystery" theme

Given how new House Thuranni is, it doesn't have its own official enclave in the Dragon Towers district. A House Thuranni location is probably something I'll include in a future map.
