June Update (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

I wanted to update you all as to what's coming up for this Patreon in the month of June. I know we're like, a week in, but I wanted to make sure my forecast was accurate before saying anything.

As my postcard Patrons already know, I'm moving back to my home-state of Oregon this month. As such, I had to figure out how to get out enough content for you all while still making time for moving. As I've mentioned before, a lot of D&D Patreons that put out as much content as I do are not a single person, but rather have a small staff backing them up. My feelings about the ethics of the employer/employee dynamic aside (message me on Discord if you wanna talk socialism, I'll waste a lot of your time), one benefit of having a staff is that the occasional life disruption (such as moving) doesn't grind everything to a halt. So I decided that I needed to do things a little differently for this month.

I decided to hire a mapmaker called LabDoge to "fill in" for an upcoming map. The next Mega-Map that will be released are some underground Dhakaani Ruins. LabDoge did the initial cartography and I will be doing the variants.* I'm working on the variants now and they will start releasing as soon as those are finished. I absolutely LOVE LabDoge's work. They've been posting on Reddit for a while now and you can check out a lot of their earlier stuff there. They also just released a Patreon and, if you like the maps that I make, you will really like what LabDoge produces.

In the meantime, I have multiple maps from the Dragon Towers nearly completed (they're in the post-production stage and should be ready in a day or so). Those will all be released here as soon as they are ready, and I'll update my social pages with them over the following couple of weeks.

As for Convergence Manifesto maps, those are gonna have to wait until I get all the stuff I listed above released. I understand that can be tough if you're actively running the campaign and your players are gearing up for adventure #3. But I have to prioritize something. I will get back to them ASAP.
