This is still just early stuff, the design will likely change a bit but I'm very confident with this hair!

Hailey Eklund will be a very important part of the next game!!!

J

I’m jumping up and down in excitement like a dog

I'll be creating a more comprehensive pinned post along with updating the subscriber tiers in preparation for the sequel! Also as a small note, if you subscribed to the higher tiers anytime between the release of the first game and current day you'll be entitled to the benefits for the second game (name in the credits, early access to the game, etc)

Oh wow! NGDN2 BTS! Kara's sister is way cute, and you've nailed the similar yet not the same familial vibe! I'm very excited to see how she factors into the story of the game!

Misael

Gonna have to go into my matpat game theorist mode 🧐🧐🧐

Misael

I actually think it's the mom for some reason 🧐🧐🧐

Misael

Also the sequel is gonna need some mgs2 world breaking codec calls

hitsujigoods

Hahaha no this is Hailey, Kara's older sister

hitsujigoods

It's so funny you mention MGS2, I've been sending Aria tracks from the OST as inspiration for the second game's soundtrack haha

Misael

AaronicDraws

I absolutley LOVE her design, her hair drives me mad, sooo fitting. And the smug smile with the mole.... The MOLE

bkr

Love love love the pencil work! Cannot wait to see her in color. 🥰

How come her name is Hailey? I expected a Japanese or Swedish name considering Kara's parents. Also does this imply that their mom took their dad's surname in marriage? Now I'm curious what Mama-Eklund's surname was before it became Eklund 🤔
