THE CROW (2024) Movie Review | Boots To Reboots

Is The Crow (2024) a worthy remake of the 1994 cult classic? In this movie review, The Maniacal Cinephile dives deep into the latest adaptation of James O’Barr’s iconic comic, starring Bill Skarsgård as Eric Draven. We compare the 2024 remake to the original film that starred Brandon Lee in his unforgettable, career-defining role. From the tone and visual style to the performances, music, and action sequences, we explore how this new version stands up to the gothic revenge story that defined a generation. Does Skarsgård capture the same haunting intensity as Lee? Are the updated effects and storytelling enhancements enough to justify a remake? Or does it pale in comparison to the timeless magic of the original? If you’re a fan of The Crow, love gothic action movies, or want to see how this remake stacks up against the original, this review is for you! 0:00 INTRO 3:13 ERIC AND SHELLY 7:27 REHAB CENTER 9:25 RUNNING FROM ROEG 11:33 DEAD SOULS 14:39 LOOKING FOR ANSWERS 17:47 THE VIDEO 20:27 OPERA SCENE 24:34 HIS SOUL FOR HERS 29:09 THE VERDICT SUBSCRIBE: youtube.com/user/StitchedTogetherPics?sub_confirmation=1 PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/StitchedTogetherPictures YOUTUBE MEMBERSHIP: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmsjNsFQo4_mo3WFZ3VKCSA/join MERCH: http://www.teespring.com/stores/stitched-together-pictures PAYPAL DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=C7C94XW6UMTG6&source=url FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/StitchedTogetherPictures TWITTER: https://twitter.com/BootsToReboots Save 20% at FANGORIA! https://shop.fangoria.com/STITCHEDTOGETHERPICTURES Our code to get 20% off: STITCHEDTOGETHERPICTURES Who is the Maniacal Cinephile?
